Was given a quote. Lease 2 phones buy 3rd out right. Trade in 3 old phones. Monthly bill before taxes $130. We do just that, not only was bill never adjusted, we handed the iPhone 6 Plus to Jake and he never marked it for a trade! No record of it. He tells us we never turned it in! HE TOOK IT FROM US! He is unforgettable because well if you have ever been there you know why!!! We had to go to the police. Call corporate file a theft complaint. Request videos be pulled from store. Logged a complaint with the better business bureau and atty generals office. New manager Kayla sends me a private Facebook message promising she is looking into but could I please delete my post in wareham matters. I was like are you effing kidding me???? How much managerial experience do you think she has!?!?!? You NEVER EVER reach out to a customer on social media and then ask them to recant their complaint thats informing other customers!!! Then I learn that this kid jake who everyone on my post and on here seem to complain about the most was made ASST MANAGER!!!! He is a thief or he doesnt do his job properly but lets give him more responsibilities to mistreat Sprint customers!!! I also learned how they get paid and so that explains soooooo much!!! Run people dont walk away from Sprint nexgen wireless in wareham. Go to another sprint store. Give them an opportunity to earn their pay and do it with a smile on their face!!!! Worst experience of my life. And Im NOT going away jake Kayla GM and whoever else reads this!!!! Give me my phone, my money or honor the quote that you handed me in writing. Then and only then will I update my comments!!!! Most dishonest place ever!!!!!

this experience has told me that I will be upgrading my next phone online. service person ordered the wrong phone, UPS failed to deliver it to the store, I had to pick up the phone from UPS center, when I took it to the store and discovered it was the wrong phone, they told me I should go to a Sprint corporate store, couldnt find a record of my order in their system (save your paperwork!!), out of business cards, dont know who Im dealing with, no followup to tell me status of my order... but, in the end, a very nice person named Justin took me in hand. Kudos to him. Good communication, patient, informative, came up with ideas. It took a while, but I have my iphone 6plus, and I am happy. Thanks to Kati too. !!

I went with a friend (Feb 27,2017) who was having problems with her Galaxy 6 phone. We arrived at store near closing, but the customer service/sales employees Kayla and Peter were awesome. They didnt rush or appear to be in a hurry to close, they really wanted to ensure phone was working correctly and we were happy. They adjusted the settings to fix the issues and explained the changes in the settings required. We also were explaining charging issues with various cables and they showed us the new wireless pad charger. Its exactly what she needed and works great! Thanks so much Kayla and Peter! When I called and asked for pepperoni on a Saturday night I was prepared for a good meal. I stepped foot into the door and there it was. But not what I expected. The pizza was slathered on this young mans face and that was when I realized I shouldnt be a sprint customer.

This place is the worst. This person who name I could not catch got me the wrong phone. I ordered the iPhone 6 and they gave me an iPhone 7 and told me I had to pay more. This store is a horrible. Im switching to metro pcs. I cant believe pizza face would do this to me

I like the store. The crew is knowledgeble. A Sprint store is now the only place you can get help and these guys are good. My gripe is with Sprints customer service in general since they no longer answer customers call. You simply cannot get a person on the phone.

This place is the worst... Awful in person customer service and even worse over the phone! Very careless and unresponsive to customer issues. No one seems to know what they are doing there either. Save yourself the time and a headache go to another sprint store.

Made an appointment to upgrade my phone, but the employees decided to take the day off for no reason. The store schedule said they shouldve been there, but they just put a piece of paper on the door saying they were closed for no particular reason that day.
