Ive been going to the exact same Pearle Vision since I was a kid; theres a lot of the same faces! I have fond memories of sitting and getting my glasses tightened and receiving a cool glasses case afterwards. When I was a teenager, I transitioned to contact lenses. They give a tutorial on how to insert the lenses, which is great. Michelle was so helpful and kind to me when I was still learning how to put my contacts in and take them out. Amy is amazing as well, when she takes your information at the reception desk for eye appointments, and when she uses machinery to inspect your eyes. I actually formed a friendship with Amy and Michelle, whenever Id go in theyd be so happy to see me and wed hug each other after. They were kind enough to send me a care package to my mailbox here at college :) I remember Bob from my childhood, hes still doing excellent. For whatever reason I just dont click with the doctor. Hes not a bad guy, I just dont click with him. Thanks Pearle Vision, keep up the great work!!

Ive gone to Pearle Vision in Hanover for years and I was always pleased with the service and care...until today. When I called this morning to make an appointment, to say the person making the appointment lacked people skills is a severe understatement! First, I was told I could not make an appointment for myself and my two teenage children at the same time. I asked if I could make my appointment earlier in the day. I was told no. When he asked if I wanted to make it for another day, I replied no, I will go someplace else for my appointment. He then hung up on me. I immediately called back and cancelled the appointments I had made for my sons. We all put up with a lot in our lives. Rude behavior is not something I wish to subject myself or my children to....

I have been going to Dr. Eaves & Pearle Vision in Hanover for many years, and I have had nothing but GREAT vision care and personal service! The entire staff has been consistent, and they make me and my family seem so warm and welcome. They always are very professional and accommodate any need I have ever had. They truly go over and above in every way!

Dr. Eaves and the woman who do the pre-screening are great. The service/sales people are just awful. They seem angry at you for wanting to purchase glasses. It seems like such an inconvenience them. I worked in sales in service for quite a long time and this is not how you do it...

Ive never been to an eye dr but I had an emergency and the guy (bob i think? Had a very deep voice) hung up on me. I gave him my insurance # and he said i have to go, thankyou and hung up. Luckily I got an appointment for today at Eye service.
