I ordered a custom cake from the Cake Bar and could not have been more impressed with the owners artistic talent, attention to detail, service, and the overall quality of the cake. In short, I was absolutely blown away. The owner incorporated all of the personal details that I had suggested and created an absolutely amazing, delicious cake. The cake was so realistic looking that guests didnt believe it was a real cake! It also tasted incredible. I definitively recommend the custom cakes. The two dimensional photos on the website are great, but they still cant do justice to the owners artistic talent. Glad to have this gem in Franklin!

Thank you for a great experience. I came in with an interview for school, and the staff got the baker, Alec, into the shop, even though he was not there that day. He answered the questions and gave everyone in my group free cupcakes. Everything about my cupcake was top notch. There was just enough fluffiness and moisture in the cake, the frosting was not too rich. The toppings and fillings added a good flavor to my cupcake. Best bakery in Franklin!

The cupcakes were okay, nothing spectacular (especially not for the price), but I would probably go back considering there arent many options like this in franklin. It looks somewhat out of place in downtown franklin, but its a cute little shop in the downtown area.

Friendly service, nice pastries. I like to pick up cupcakes for whenever I am invited to a party or dinner or something. They make a very impression. Personally, Im not a fan of THAT MUCH frosting on my cupcakes, but I love the unique flavors!

I would give zero stars if I could. Their coffee never tastes like coffee, absolutely horrible. Their donuts are overpriced+ always soaked in butter, which can give you a stomach ache. Waste of money......
