first impression: they definitely do a great job making their expertise known - from floating literature to the historic machines, their grasp of the coffee culture is presented well within their walls. what they offer: there are your typical coffee and espresso drink offerings as expected from a coffee shop. i enjoyed a lovely flavorful double espresso. but no porcelain cups! the full espresso experience requires a "for here" cup!they also offer smoothies, bagel sandwiches, paninis and some baked goods. in addition, they offer almost a dozen types of coffee, roasted in house. very nice touch. the vibe: employees were nice. it is 1:30pm and there is currently a small crowd. very mellow. the space: the space is bigger than you would think and can accomodate a large crowd - dare i say 50 people or more? it is a wide open room with a super high ceiling. and it smells great! overall: i like it. if im in the area, i will be back.

Ive been going here for years and have always had a great experience. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Kevin is always eager to share his knowledge of coffee, tea, and espresso. Roasting is done in-house and beans are available for sale. The space is available for open mic nights and live music. Situated right next to Pinkerton Academy, its the perfect place for students to relax after classes, and being in Hood Commons, it has ample parking and is easily accessible. I always appreciate the dedication to promoting community and local farmers. The Coffee Factory offers savory lunch options as well as sweet pastries, many of which are made and baked in-house. Also, free wifi for those days when you want to get away from the house to do some work or just hang out with friends.

Worst customer service ever. Ive been there a few times now and every time I got snotty attitude from the employees. I figured once or twice might be someone having a bad day but not the case. The last time I was I there the bakery case was just about empty a couple hours after opening. I asked if maybe they had other stuff behind the counter and was advice rather curtly that their baker only comes in on Friday afternoons and that everything they have was in the case. That was on a Friday which tells me all the baked goods they had that day were definitely NOT fresh baked.

Im torn on this place because the coffee and food are great but the staff are all awful and always rude. Its not just a case of a bad day, they are rude every single day. The only place keeping that thing together is the fact that they do serve quality coffee and food. Also if you or your children have food allergies the place is a nightmare and they are clueless and dont care about allergies. I asked her to change her gloves before making my sandwich because she had just made a peanut butter bagel for somebody else and all the staff looked at me like I had five heads

Ive only had ice coffee there multiple times. I have to say its night to have a real coffe shop with real coffee but the ice coffee isnt very rich andnbold as you would expect from a place that puts pride in there coffee. I absolutely dislike dunkin donuts and was very happy to see this place in derry since there are no real coffee shops or starbucks. I may give it another shot they didnt seem busy either time so maybe the coffee was old or alot of the ice cubes in the batch melted already....

I go out of my way to get my coffee here even though there are Dunkin Donuts on every corner of town. Great atmosphere, great employees, and great food/drinks. Free WiFi if you need to get some work done. Kevin, Gladys, Michelle (we miss you!) and everyone else really make you feel at home. Very often they will know what you want before you even say it. Overall great place, highly recommended.

By far my favorite coffee place yet! The iced coffee is great and the breads that they make are delicious. Kevin brings in bagels from a place in Nashua and pastries from a shop in Salem, and although they dont make them there the selection is good. The environment is comfortable with some large chairs and couches as well as regular tables, and there is often local art for sale as well.

They roast their own coffees - and do it well. You can get an iced coffee (dark or more moderate roast) and they have some excellent pastries and sandwiches. Dont confuse this with a sit-down restaurant with service. Rather this is a very nice, comfortable, coffee house with WiFi, nice art on the walls, light music and very good coffee. #LocalFavoriteNH

Their coffee is consistently delicious. Their desserts are irresistible. Breakfast sandwiches and paninis are a decent grab for a quick breakfast or lunch. Their croissants are always made fresh and are highly recommended. This is one of my top choices for coffee shops in New Hampshire.

Love the atmosphere, a favorite of the family for quiet mornings to meet up and chat. The food is top quality and though Im far from a coffee snub theirs has a lot of love. The people are sweet and the over all experience is always wonderful and pleasant.

I have been going here for the last 3 years and I absolutely love this place! It is an excellent place to hang around with freinds, and the drinks are great. My only complaint is the music is a little random and odd, but that is trivial.

Great if you want to wait for high school student to finish her conversation with a friend before even acknowledging your existence, much less taking your order. Poor customer service and long waits for no good reason.

Coffee was amazing, the dark roast was strong without being too bitter or sour and my breakfast sandwich was tasty, although not quite as hot as Id have liked.
