I actually rarely wrote reviews for restaurants and coffee shop. However, this was the worst experience ever I had in any starbucks stores. The past experiences had already been pleasant. So my wife and I went to the shop today just trying to get something. starting with the guy who didnt really pay attention to what we wanted to order. And then what was worse was the lady who was making what we wanted. My wife ordered a green tea frapcino and the first cup she handed over to us was without the green tea blended. She didnt even apologize and acted rudely to take the cup away( for the store it was another waste which can totally be avoided). Then she made another one, during this period, she was looking for some tools she needed to make the drink. Then the 2nd cup, my wife specifically told the cashier to half -sweeten, it wasnt followed. Have been to starbucks all over the world, the employees always asked your name and put note on the cup, this time nobody asked our names, there wasnt any notes put on the cup. Weve been to the store before but never had any problems before, hopefully something can be done, this is definitely a very pleasant experience.

Starbucks itself here is fine, no better or worse than most, but this is the first Starbucks Ive encountered in over a year that is still using the old ATT network and the internet is terrible, if your looking for a place to connect and do some work, Id keep looking, if you just want a drink then your good to go... To make matters worse, Im only getting 3G here so cant rely on cellular for internet either.

A very relaxed feel. The bathroom was clean. While there were several people camped out with their laptops it didnt seem crowded. Nice front area near the window. Its within range of a Pokestop (and a gym is in the same plaza)

Music was so loud it was impossible to simply enjoy a few minutes to read a book. Nice staff and very good quality of food and coffee. Definitely NOT a place to go if you are looking for a place to tune the world out.

Currently in 2008 one of the best Starbucks in Massachusetts. Customers travel past many other stores to get their coffee fix here.
