Bought a new inner tube from these guys today, put it on wheel, tyre deflated within 5 mins, tyre did not seem to be made correctly, big bulges on tube when inflated outside the tyre. So went back to ask for new one, told me it was my fault, tube was damaged by my tyre and asked for more money for another tube. No offer to repair/replace the tyre ! My tyre has no damage or items sticking through.So much for great american service, does not exist in this place. Dont buy goods from these people and expect any recourse if goods are faulty, just another bill. I would not even buy a puncture repair kit from them now !!! Very disappointed Zero stars not the one I clicked

While on a family bike ride, we made a pit stop at Edgartown Bicycles to have my daughters squeaky front brake checked and floppy kickstand tightened. The gentleman behind the counter helped us immediately and, after fixing the two problems we knew about, he quickly fixed a few other problems that he noticed. He even adjusted the seat and handlebars, making the bike a perfect fit for our daughter. All this, plus pleasant service, for just $10. So happy to have found this gem of a bike shop!

We come to the Vineyard a couple of times a years and rent a place in Edgartown. We always bring our bikes with us since we do a lot of biking when we are here. At least once a year, we stop into Edgartown Bicycles for a small repair/adjustment. This year, I forgot my helmet and stopped to see if I could rent one. From the first year we have stopped in, they have always been accommodating and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this bike shop.

If you want a serious road bike while staying on the island, dont waste your time renting anywhere but here. Professional staff fitted and accomodated our unique needs weekend of the big MS charity ride. Manager was accomodating to our late flight schedules by staying open late the night before, and had us cranking up the hills to Aquinnah with sexy, rock star full-carbon bikes.

I absolutely love this place. My family has bought 6 bikes (mostly used) there in the past and whenever they need repairs this is where we go! They are always so kind and helpful. They never make you feel like you spent too much because the value and quality is so high! Not to mention the location is very convenient. 10 for 10 would recommend to a friend!

Greg at edgartown bicycle is very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is beautiful with gleaming wood floors and many highend bikes. Lots of rental choices and he runs time trials on Wednesdays!! Thanks for the map.....We are PSU!!!!!

The highest quality bike shop on the island. Very knowledgable staff and excellent rental equipment. They made a minor front derailleur adjustment for me this morning free of charge. Definitely recommend them.
