If I could give less than one star I would. After making dozens of purchases in this store I came in to return 3 unopened bottles of teak cleaner with the receipt. The manager started by saying "we dont take returns only Woburn does" then proceeded to say just kidding "I was just being a douche I mean a man". Congratulations sir you also have lost a customer. Avoid this inappropriate behavior/store at all costs. I will certainly be bringing my business to Woburn now!

Most sale items out of stock -many other desired items out of stock .They wont order them for you through the store and ha e them shipped to your home address. It was a Sunday - they had one boating specialist on duty .Poorly run show.
