Great experience all around! Donating was quick and easy. Fill out a simple form on their iPad and a tax receipt will be emailed to you (you just need to estimate the number of books youre donating). The store was very clean and organized and pricing is simple: $4.95/hardcover, $3.95/softcover, $2.95/childens books. There are multiple spots to sit in case you want to peruse the book before you buy. Great customer service from each staff member -- Ill definitely be back! Thanks More Than Words!

I was having lunch with a friend at Sullivans and asked if she had ever heard about More Than Words. We decided to swing on by to see what it was all about. AMAZING! Great selection and the prices are right. More than that I love to see programs that really help our youth AND keep books out of the landfills. In the Medieval Manor building and around the corner from Whole Foods, across from Pine Street Inn. Well worth the trip. Check out their website and learn more. Youll be a regular!

Still 3 stars, but even better now with the remodel: a bit sleeker, yet cozier: plum accent wall and walnut (I think) countertops, more laptop-conducive. Never fear though, the synchronous conversations that make this place so special can still foster in this more work-friendly environment. Still a gem of Boston.

I could have spent an entire afternoon at More Than Words Bookstore. Beauty both in the Words Bookstore. I walked away with a wondrous opal ammonite. The books were rare and I bought a Words book which is very hard to find. I also love their wall hangings and original art.

This is not your average bookstore. More Than Words is a youth-run nonprofit social enterprise with a fantastic mission and staffed by really great people. Check out their website and their store!

So many good books for so little money. And it is a good cause! We rented some space from them to have a baby shower, and Evan went above and beyond to make sure that things went smoothly.
