Terrible Service. Went to ship important original documents by trusted UPS. Clerk kept me waiting `10min while he had personal call on cell phone then rushed me through with cell still to his ear. I paid and left. 10 days later documents still not delivered, so I went back to store...same guy. I had my receipt and was looking to track package and hed sent it US mail!!! No way to track the now lost package. I live close to a post office, but went to UPS to ship UPS!! When i went back to talk to him he remember me asking to send USPS...what? Then I called store to complain and left detailed message with their customer service number and did call back but NEVER got a response from manager.

This store is VERY customer-service oriented. They went out of their way to make sure they completely understood my needs, and then worked with me to find the most cost-effective solution. If you like giving your business to a store that actually cares, and is friendly, and listens to your needs, and goes out of their way to take care of you....this is the place for you. Horrible customer service. I just left and the young man with his piercing. The only reason I say that is just a description it had nothing to do with his rude and unwelcoming behavior and attitude. I am now on my way to FedEx I dont care if its more expensive. He may hate his job he doesnt have to take it out on others.

We had to get some documents notarized and overnighted. We were able to take care of it all in one place. We ended up spending a couple hundred dollars though as you pay per signature.

Third time using this UPS, and third time this kid is a complete dick to me!!! Hes rude and condescending... Plus, makes you wait until hes good and ready to help you!!!

I had to return a package. I told the guy I had to return the package. He took it and he said have a good day and that was it. Lasted less than a minute.
