Cant complain. I have a corporate account and have never had an issue with any Fedex location. Maybe because my company sinks 300k a year in shipping through FedEx .... As far as customer service - keep in mind that customer service 10 years ago in different from now - Now there hardly is any anywhere in any business - Customer service was the old american way of taking care of of the customer like a member of your family. If you are looking for that, goto a FedEx mom and pop shop and I guarantee they will greet you with coffee. But if you ship and dont know how to --dont complain about the lack of support - GOOGLE IT and YOUTUBE IT and save yourself the hassle and time asking.

Ive been in and out of this Fedex Office a few times in the last month to drop off packages and get some large-scale printing done. Every time, I am blown away by their amazing customer service. Everyone that works there is so nice, eager to help, and makes whatever youre doing seem like the easiest task in the world. Highly recommend this location for your package, printing, office needs!

I use FedEx a lot but I wont go back to the Salem office. I just hate doing business with places that try to make you feel privileged they are taking your money. Customer service (if you can call it that) was always poor but recently has decended to snippy, condescending and just plain rude.
