After attempting to use another company, Ooshirts, for our order of 180 shirts for a 5K to benefit youth in foster care, we found out at 4pm the Friday before our Sunday morning event that the shirts would not be delivered. We called almost every custom t-shirt place in RI and noone would or could help us until we spook to the wonderful people at Off tha Hook. Right away they let us know they would do everything in their power to help us out of our predicament and came through. They literally worked into the night to make sure the shirts were completed in time for us to organize them for our event. Even though it was last minute the design they created was amazing and we got tons of compliments from the many race participants. Moving forward I will always order from this company because in a tme of need they went above and beyond to create amazing t-shirts (that still were within our small non-profit budget!) I feel so grateful to this company and would recommend them over and over again!

Off The Hook is absolutely amazing. I went there last minute to get my son a shirt made for his 7th birthday. He loves Five Nights at Freddy his favorite character is Golden Freddy. The graphic designer took his time and found an image online that my son loved!! Not only that my son is very shy, and doesnt open up to strangers easily the graphic designer was great with him he took his time and made my child feel so comfortable and thats an A+ Im my book. The owner is very personable also he puts out quality work, and my son shirt came out great and was completed within an hour. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone its the type of establishment that you want to spend your money in.

I absolutely love this place you give them your idea n they make it happen.. Came into get a sweatshirt make for my husbands company Compton Doors today and the service was amazing not only did they perfect my idea but they were professional and within 2hours im walking around sporting my sweatshirt....i couldnt be more pleased with their professionalism and the timely mannor in getting my product!!!! My brother got a custom hoodie made here and he picked out his own design for it and it came out really nice and it looks so professionally done, that it looks store-bought. I highly recommend that anyone order from here! They practically have any clothing you can customize from shirts, to sweatpants to hats to beanies. Amazing custom shirt place! I love it! They are also very patient and friendly here and always happy to help you in anyway when it comes to customizing clothing to the design you would like to customer service!

Was looking for a photo - shirt very last minute and had no luck elsewhere since other places had a minimum order of 10 shirts. I only needed one... OFF THE HOOK was great in getting my shirt done just in time! Great customer service, didnt feel rushed, Jesse (Graphic designer) took his time to look at different options for my shirt and gave his expert advice which I appreciated. My aunt LOVED her shirt! Will def go to them for all other shirts & photo projects I may have!

Such a great place. I came in very last minute wanting to get a graduation stole done for my graduation that weekend. They were very helpful and designed something for me on the spot. I was also able to be a part of the designing process and add on my input. It was all done on the someday. Very affordable, fast and friendly place. The greatest customer service you will ever receive! These boys work hard. They work with you individually to make sure you get the design you want. Wish I could go on all day about the greatness of this place. Go in an experience it for yourself. I just had a shirt made for my daughters birthday. It surpassed my expectations and she loved it!

I went to this place for embroidery last minute on a graduation sash and the staff was excellent! I needed something done and they sat down and designed it perfectly. This place is fast, affordable, and understanding. Im definitely recommending everyone here for any design. Also the staff offered beverages so that was a plus!

Awesome customer service (Rick) he get straight to the point and always have the best quality in any color t-shirts in town and he also do any custom shirt the way you want it with no minimums.everytime I get a custom shirt Im always content especially with bigger size mens (3xl-4xl)he always deliver the product on time.
