Prompt, clean, convenient and offers a whole range of services, most of which I have not even used, but its good to have the option. I think they do passport photos, printing, let you use their computer, I dont know what else. They even shipped by USPS for me once!!! When that was the cheapest option!

Helpful customer service! The young guy and the older man who works at the customer service desk were both very helpful and friendly. I used UPS services for the first time and barely knew how anything worked. They explained everything and were helpful. Good job!

the older dude was very rude on the phone. he was giving me ultimatums about my stuff that was being rotated out due to the heavy black friday orders. As if it was my fault. The young guy was cooperative though.
