Do not be lured into this horrendous store. I Went in to buy one printer cartridge which was out of stock. The only thing they had to fit my needs was a beaten combo pack of 2 cartridges, and photo paper (which had been crushed along with the box and rendered useless). The staff and majority of customers are nearly all classless. The guy at the electronics counter was wearing an Abercrombie sweatshirt... not a Kmart uniform, gave me incorrect directions to the printer section, and randomly closed his register and walked away. The shelved items are often misplaced and mis-priced. I was in line for half an hour. At the front of the store I left one line after seeing how lethargically the cashier was moving only to end up behind some lady who argued with this cashier over prices, sending him to price-check items after no-one answered his page for help. She then tried to pay by check, which bounced, and then decided to call her bank about it. That cashier was actually nice (younger black guy with an accent), and he directed me to the customer service desk where I waited another 5 minutes behind another disputing customer and slow moving cashier. THIS STORE SHOULD NOT REMAIN IN BUSINESS.

Recommended only for the friendly staff at the pharmacy. Otherwise, its always messy, it needs to be completely renovated, I can never find anything worth spending my money on except in the pet aisle! The back of the store has a big clearance section, which usually would grab my attention, but its so messy and unorganized that it feels like searching for a spoon in a pile of forks. Soo not worth the trip unless you have prescriptions that you want filled conveniently and quickly by friendly pharmacists.

Worst shopping experience ever!!! This place needs a major over haul. I spent an hour in there to buy some soda! 15 min in line with only 1 cashier then was over charged and went back in to get my money back and they could not get it to work and after 40 min i was mad and ready to let them have the soda and my money just to get out of there. Dont think i will ever go there again even thou i live close to it I will take my business else where.

I have been shopping here for years because of its convenient location. Within the past 6 months this store has soared in its customer service, cleanliness, new items on the shelves and overall appearance. It is now under new management and you can tell that they really care about the store and their customers. I really enjoyed my visits the North Plaza Kmart now!!!

I ordered an item on May 12. Its webpage said it would be available for pick on May 12 at this location. Its now May 17 and according to Kmart customer service, the item is still being processed for pickup. What century are the operating in? I will get same item from a different store and return this item to Kmart - whenever they finishing processing my order.

The store is a mess you dont know who is staff do to the lack of uniforms they dont have any think you need it just a store full of random merchandise ask the employees any ? And they look at you like your a bother other wise if you like a good shoping experience dont go to kmart

They dont have any idea what they are doing. We had surprise points for a discount and they didnt have any idea how to include the points towards my purchase. They said my tampons were a drug !!!! When is tampons a drug ?

Best pharmacy staff. I followed Dr. Sha, Hue from the old Kmart Belair rd to here. Its important to have a good customer/pharmacist/staff relationship. The rest are very helpful and friendly as well.

Wow! Its 2016, and this Kmart location is still in business? I thought pretty much all Kmart stores were out of business by now! The one in my childhood town closed down way back in 2012!
