The pharmacists seem competent, but the pharmacy assistants (whatever you call the people at the counter you have to deal with) are almost criminally stupid. I have a pretty straight forward set up when it comes to what I have to pick up every month, yet there ALWAYS seems to be some issue with one of the three medicines I get....But never the same medicine! Also, I have my meds set up on the auto refill plan. All three. They should be ready at the same time each month. They never are. Lastly, I had a med change thanks to my comparably bad insurance. The pharmacy assistant calls to tell me they dont have that new (new to me-but its been around for years and its in no way uncommon) medicine.I say, "well check to see how much my copay on it will be". She says, "but I told you we dont have that drug". I tell her, "step one: find it in your computer and see if my insurance covers it and if so, how much it will cost me. Then, step two: ORDER THE DRUG. YOU CAN DO THAT." Shes like, "Oh. Hold on a minute" and give minutes later the problem is solved. These people either dont care or are negligible.

My scripts are always messed up. There is always a mistake of some kind that must be figured out. They have lost prescriptions (the pharmacists never put it in the basket, she had a question), couldnt fill it although it was in stock because stock numbers dont match... today, the online CVS system doesnt talk to their system so they didnt receive my refills from last week. Oh and by the way, the medicine I need is no longer made by the distributor they use!

Called in the morning to check whether my prescription was in stock and was told that it was. Came after work, had to wait for 20 mins and was told that they dont have my prescription in stock! She said they will order it for me but I will have to come again tomorrow and wait in the line again to get it. Very dissatisfied.

First time I used this pharmacy for refills. Tara was very nice at the front desk and my refills were ready when I got there, per my text I received when they were filled. Both were correct the first time and I was in and out in ten minutes. Ill be back for sure!

Pharmacy lady that takes the prescription was very rude and did not want to help me at all. Very ignorant when answering my questions and then completely ignored me and went to the next customer. I will never fill another prescription with them again.

This pharmacy has been going downhill since the CVS switch. Its terrible now. Service is slow and the staff dont seem knowledge.
