The pharmacists were rude and incompetent. When I told the pharmacist that I had another prescription to be filled she told me I was wrong and that the doctors office never sent it in. Except the doctor had sent it over and she just hadnt actually looked. I got the automatic phone call for the prescription being filled 10 minutes before their closing time, not enough time to actually get there to pick it up. This wasnt their first mistake and the pharmacy staff is consistently rude. I will not be going back.

Have made so many mistakes caused at the pharmacy. Was percribed 2 medicines one was to be taken every 4 hours and the other 2xs a day -the pharmist mixed them up and it almost killed me. They take for ever too. They treat customers terrible. One tome the pharist was all stressed and when I said hello he said "man I need to take some of your Xanax.)

One of the worse pharmacies ever! Numerous mistakes made on refills. Being contacted and being told the prescription is ready when it is not. Not being contacted at all when the prescription is ready. If there is a way to screw things up, this place will do it. I have switched pharmacies due to their incompetency.

Just a typical Rite Aid; nothing bad about the place. Prescription prices tend to be higher than other pharmacies but the service is great and wait time is short.
