I bought a computer desk which was $99.99 about 2 weeks ago. Its been sitting in the garage NOT open, so I decided to return it. Than realized that I couldnt find the reciept. So instead of refund Ill exchange or get a store credit. When I got there the so call manager at customer service flat out said she couldnt do anything... that was it. I told her I didnt want a refund just wanted to exchange or store credit... still nothing... just looking at me like Im suppose to just walk away or something... I understand if I was asking for money back or the box has been open yeah... but it makes no sense how I cant even get a store credit! NEVER buy anything over $50 at target, cause you are just going to be stuck with it without a reciept.

Because Health Insurance is not frustrating enough, I have to deal with a pharmasist that needs to brush up on their customer service skills. Dealing with CVS on any level is beyond frustrating. Not sure if they got a pay cut when Target pharmacy got bought out by CVS but I can see this to be an issue in the attitude.

The women in the pharmacy are extremely rude and unprofessional. DARCELLA especially. She had a horrible attitude and zero customer service skills. Not a good pharmacy to fill with, especially if you have to deal with unpleasant people.
