This is the worst grocery store Ive been to in my life. The customer service is sub par at best. I use the quick check out computer because I want to avoid talking to the clerks who are rude and abrasive. They dont say anything to you and avoid eye contact.one even scolded me for not putting the hand basket where he wanted me to while at check out. I go to whole foods more.

Great customer service, very clean super helpful. I really enjoy the store layout and usually both at checkout and during my visit someone asks me how I am doing and if I need help. Not sure if the guy with the poor rating came on an off day or just expects unrealistic concierge grocery shopping but the store and staff are always available and helpful to me.

what has happened to Giant around here. I feel like I am going to get jumped in the parking lot....and that is by just the employees. This place is terrible in Bay Ridge. I got to Riva even though I have to past right by Bay Ridge. Too bad, I remember when Giant was a nice place to go to shop. Now its gangland

on-line...your web-site says that the giant pharmacy closes at 6pm today...it closes at 5 and i could not get my prescription...get your #%$@ together...you wasted my time...
