Piss poor customer service, there security staff follows you around the store as if they are already assuming you had stolen something. To be honest the security staff is fairly creepy makes you feel extremely uncomfortable the way they walk behind you every Aisle you go down. Staff watches children play with the toys in the store as if they were at home. Its obviously very disruptive to The people that are actually in there to spend money. I walked out without buying anything because the store was so cluttered and cramped and you could not get through the isles.

Worst Marshalls that I have EVER been to. It is always a disorganized MESS. The employees are completely not helpful and the manager and I use that term loosely is a horrible excuse as a retail representative. I have worked retail for 10 plus years and have never experienced such a sorry excuse of a store especially the staff. 10 people are working on a slow night and the store os a DISASTER

Marshalls is really hit or miss these days. 10 years ago this was a great place to find well priced clothing. Now, its like a consignment shop that only has mens pants sizes in 32,33,34 and 46... Becoming overpriced and lacking in selection

Some days are hit and miss at Marshalls. 5 to 10 years ago it was the Bomb. I really dont know what happened. That goes for TJMAXX also. This is some of todays purchases.

The lines are uber cray...even after a call for all cashiers no additional customers were called up to registers. I cant even understand why?
