Nice stuffs but rude managers mostly, not children friendly, I came over to shop for my kids and Im not expected to leave them at home by themselves but it appears as a regular customer, whenever my kids approached the goodwill store, theres a particular cashier already knows them and the next thing she does is to get on the announcement phone warning kids. Why......????? Aint you a parent? Also I was once accused wrongly by a so called manager that one of the most expensive furniture I came to pick wasnt scanned.....i was so angry that I requested a number to speak with the headquarter manager....your customers are not to be treated as piece of thrash because you see them all coming in to get some used appliances doesnt make them poor and think the best thing is to insult peoples personality. They all need to undergo more customers service training as they really lacking behind on that.

Prices decent, especially when its member days with extra 25% off (Tuesdays I believe). However, checkout is usually a hassle starting with the wait in line, slow scanning, and sloppy clothes folding. One instance, was today when the cashier balled up items after putting in the price. I opened them and refolded. I thought maybe we just had different opinions of folding shirts. However, once it was done to jeans I called her on it. She responded that she noticed I refolded and just figured that I liked to fold. I told her no I dont but it didnt seem like you knew how to fold but just balling up these jeans is sloppy. She informed me that her manager was behind me. I told her, thats fine but Id rather give you the feedback directly. Even if she was going to fold after getting the price that adds extra time. Just seemed to lack common sense for a retail cashier!

The store is clean and somewhat organized. but some of the items are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! The items are used! You may as well go to Walmart, where you can get newer items, and a better deal! They have tags with no prices on them, and they only way you can find the price is to ask the cashier when you checkout! There are also other Goodwill Stores in the area with the same pricing methods.

They dont have 50% on the last Saturday of the month. The staff was very rude when I asked them about it. They told me that they do 50%off on Tuesdays. I went on Tuesday after work and was told that only clothes and furniture was half off. I found a chair and a staff member told me that it was only 50%off of large furniture pieces.

Newer addition to the Goodwill family that has transformed itself by offering more designer brands. Their quality is better, but they still offer a limited mens selection. Around the end of the year cars were lining up with donations. Great time after the 1st of the year to get great merchandise at good prices.

My visit wasnt good today I was expecting to go get halg off cuz I received a text from you all and I got there and they telling me it was in Chesapeake but my number is registered in Bowie. I was very disappointed and will not be going back, so dont sent me any more text.

What a treat! This Gw, although relatively new, its loaded with lots of treasures. A store to visit at least 2xs a week for things youre looking for and cant possibly buy new!. And the staffs so friendly & accommodating.

Got attitude from a cashier that wasnt at her post. I was told I shouldnt have approached the register without being addressed first, when there was no line & no cashiers to be found.

Visited this place for the first time the other day. One of the larger Goodwills in the area. However I would not say its the best one around but it is one of the better ones

I absolutely LOVE this Goodwill! I was find great stuff. The cashiers are friendly, but a little slow. Great finds nonetheless.

Staff is really nice and there is a wide range of items to browse through. It is interesting to just walk in a look around.
