Absolutely awful experience. Had my one year old daughter with me and there were only 2 cashiers open on a Saturday afternoon. My daughter became antsy while waiting in line and she wanted me to hold her. I was holding her and the cashier named Matthew was no help what so ever. My cart was in front of me and he kept handing me the bags and piling them on top of the shelf as if he couldnt help put the bags in the cart. Also he handed me the bag of eggs with CANS in the bag as the very first bag so they were in the bottom of the cart before I noticed half way through. He had a terrible attitude and didnt say one word to me the entire time and had an angry look on his face. It was the worst experience and completely unhelpful. Other stores help you with your groceries regardless of if you have your hands full or not. This one gave no assistance and I was clearly in need. Will not be returning to this store!

Very poor customer service. No one at the Customer Service desk at 12 noon to register as new customer. Waited 4 min and then asked passing cashier who ignored me if I could get a card. She took me to her register, gave me a card, and told me to register online. Store is clean, well stocked with no clutter in aisles. Lots of grab and go prepared foods that looked tasty. Cashier charged me regular price on sale sodas, so @ 12:45 pm I returned to Customer Service where no one was behind counter, again! Walked out of store with groceries and overpriced soda at 12:50. Mgr, JC Evans, needs more training.

Dont use this pharmacy!!! I guess the pharmacist here decides what medicines they want to give you not your physician. They say things like "oh I dont have that in stock" which are two generic drugs that I have never, any place else, have had issues with. And the stupid "mean girl" stuff behind the counter whispering, so unprofessional. I have never written a review but I hope everyone reads this and decides on a different pharmacy where there are caring medical professional people.

Open 24 hours, got it. false advertisement. They open at 6am because they need to wax the floor but the door is opened so I assume I can shop. Some woman walks up to me and starts screaming at me saying "how did you get in here?? We dont open until 6." Wow, customer service. Thanks for treating me like a child. I live up the street from here but Ill just sit and wait in the Wegmans parking lot to not deal with this nonsense. Shame, because we Safeway is closer to us.

Probably the worst run grocery store at which I have ever shopped, and Ive been to a lot. Was my first and last experience today. Two lanes open on the day before NYE, and when they finally open a 3rd the employee puts in people who have been waiting a lot less time ( i.e. 20 minute difference) than others. She only relieved one of the congested lines, and ignored the one we were in. Another customer ahead of me was apoplectic about her poor customer service.

Have been a safeway shopper for many years I feel they have gone down hill. Have sale like yogurt 20 for 10 dollars they have 5 on shelve alway under stock store dirty now would rather go go elsewhere me and my family will shop elsewhere,I know they dont care if I leave I am just 1 customer but if this will help them be a better store good for the people who shop there.

My rating: 2.5- 3 stars. The best thing about this Safeway is proximity to LA Fitness-- can run by the store after a workout. What is especially NOT easy are the crowds and lines. This place always seems to be super crowded, both self-checkout and regular lines. Budget extra time.

Lines are always long even when they are not busy. No turkey breast. Deli is closed. Produce looks terrible. Shelves poorly stocked. All in all a bad shopping experience I will have to go somewhere else to finish my shopping. Store in need of help.

Night employee answered our phone call and checked the shelves for different child OTC medicines at 11PM. He was very professional and helpful, looking into a bunch of options for us and was detailed with his feedback over the phone. Thanks!

DENA needs some discipline. Shes more interested in digging into her purse than committing to her JOB. Shes also as rude and as incompetent as can be. Tell her to leave her smart ass comments to herself. She needs to be FIRED.

Safeway always has their grocery carts really far from the door especially outside. If you could stage them closer so people like me who cannot walk far it would make a great difference. Thank you

I went in there last week and spent a lot of money.. mostly produce and meat. Every single piece of produce I purchased went bad within two days. I mean all of it! What a waste of money.

They Never have enough cashiers. They do Not carry a lot of the items I use and there is always a mistake on my receipt causing me to have to visit Customer Service.
