The selection of fruit and veggies is amazing, lots of different grains and rice, its when you get to the cold/frozen foods that its a little, Eh. There are quite a few items that literally say on the package to keep frozen and to consume right after it has been defrosted sitting in the refrigeration area as if it belongs here and in some cases also out in the isles on platforms with signs for pricing right there even tho it needs to be kept frozen which means its a potentially hazardous food [PFH] and can make you very sick. Despite that tho its a very clean facility with friendly staff and wide seafood selection. I would suggest giving this place a try, just not the frozen foods.

A new location of a popular ethnic grocery store. Im a fan of their mega store in Chantilly, VA so I stopped by to get some Indian grocery at their new location. They have a limited variety of Indian vegetables and other grocery items, definitely nowhere close to what the store at Chantilly had to offer. The aisles to are fewer in number with some items missing that I was looking for. Hopefully they will get more items in future. But at this time, the Germantown store is better stocked, tho the parking there is a pain.

Great selection. Produce and seafood are the best here. The selection and prices on staples are so-so, but thats not why you come here. Go to Giant for Rice-a-roni and white bread. A wide variety or produce and great seafood is why you shop here. And all the deals or indian, turkish, chinese, korean, latin and other foods. Just judge on your first visit. Try it... Let it grow on you. Also, the prepared foods are great.

Really bad customer service on new year day, being really rude when I told her she over charge me 10 dollars. Shes really angry when shes servicing. Absolutely not the right attitude to a frequent visitor to this supermarket! Its the lady working at the customer service in first new year day!

Has the most selection out of all the Asian grocery in the five mile radius. Also the cleanest and most organized. The Korean restaurant in the food court is also very tasty. Its a little more expensive than the other Asian grocery in the area. But the quality seems to be higher as well.

Horrible customer service, the manager in meat department is rude and very uneducated, doesnt speak English only Korean thats the reason why they couldnt understand the customer, very stupid person, there Saling old stuff; specially the meat there old; be careful buying meat on that store

The selection of fresh fruits and vegetables is unique and eclectic. They cater to both an Asian and Hispanic clientele. Avoid the store on Saturday but Sunday afternoon or weekday evenings, it is not crowded. Wander the aisles for a culinary cultural experience.

The shelves are neat and orderly- The Rice variety is excellent. I purchased a 50 pound bag of what I know is the premium quality. And when I googled and looked for price comparison from other retail sellers none can beat Lotte, not even Walmart or Amazon.

You will find veggies cheaper compared to other stores.They do have some offers on every Thursdays.What really sucks is poor customer service have to wait little longer in lines.Local shrimp and some fish are good to buy.
