"Im sorry, Its Not my policy as pharmacist to give out that information over the phone." Well, BEFORE you drag someone 45 minutes just to see if MAYBE my medicine is in stock - THINK ABOUT HOW YOU ARE SCREWING WITH PEOPLES MENTAL/HEALTH!! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE & FRANKLY DISGUSTING! ! I understand you are protecting your store, considering your 0ff-the-main-road location, but thats not my problem - its "your," as you say, "pharmacy" - FIGURE IT OUT B/C its a SERIOUS DISSERVICE to CVS + their Loyal Customers. You, Lady, are making me crawl w/ distaste.. You were absolutely worthless, offered zero help, and being that im out of medication right now, is an outrage. Your policies are a Testament to whats wrong with our healthcare system today. Im appalled that youve sent me on this wild goose chase, where the only thing youve succeeded to do is exacerbate my problem, & have left me further 0ff-balance &away from home! How disturbing is it that people who are meant to PROVIDE for peoples physical and mental well-being, cant take stock of their own accounts, see the expansive disparity in their lack of stock compared to the overwhelming demand f or something and FIX IT! The LACK of availability for some of the most commonly prescribed medications serving a huge expanse of the mentally ill community, is now such a regularity - its UNACCEPTABLE! When So Many Must go without because those with Authority, the People with the ability to exact the necessary changes &FIX THE PROBLEMS WITH SUPPLY &DEMAND, yet Do Nothing to change it. This is Absolutely Criminal, & it Must Stop! I feel totally victimized; because THEY HAVE that ability to make these changes, but just stand by instead and do nothing except repeat the same phrase over and over, "Its not my policy to disclose that information over the phone," while im forced to wait, with devastating affect & struggle through until, hopefully, Im lucky enough to come across a pharmacy thats just replenished their supply, and I make it there for my prescription to be filled before theyre out again, & yet more people suffer, &the cycle replays again. FOR SHAME!!

This pharmacy has horrible customer service. The folks that answer the phone has no customer service training, keeps you on hold for a long time without follow-up and only way to talk to someone else is to hang up and call again. They do not fill prescriptions on time and if they are out of stock does not follow-up to let the patient know. I am a persistent patient cant imagine someone less persistent or elderly dealing with this pharmacy...THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO PATIENT CARE!

One of the staff members tried to assault me. His name is Matt. My boyfriend is taking care of it. Do not go to this store. We both work for the German government and I was threatened just for going into the store to get something for my boyfriend while he was supposed to be at work. This is a huge problem, you are not supposed to treat customers this way.

Called to ask if they had a prescription in stock (suppositories). Was told that because I was asking about a controlled substance they could not answer. Only problem, I had previously called several other CVS stores & they answered my question. These morons lost a customer.

Pharmacy hours for weekends are not flexible and pharmacists are not knowledgeable. I live local to this location and Ill still drive an additional 20 min to go to a BETTER CVS.
