Absolutely the worst pharmacy. The pharmacist supposedly processed my prescription and I was told my insurance denied it because my birth date did not match. After being charged full price for my prescription I called my Insurance to complain (CVS/Caremark is my ins.) and was told the pharmacist processed it improperly. I call CVS for a refund only to be told that their system shows a zero copay and that I wasnt charged. After some time they realize they did charge my credit card but refused to refund it over the phone demanding that I waste my time and gas to come back to the store to be refunded the money they charged me in their error. According to my credit card company they have this issue with CVS on a regular basis. I will be disputing it with my credit card company instead. Oh and the CVS rep was taken back when I asked who would pay for my time and gas to come back to their store considering it was their error. Shocker that he told me they cant do that.

I have been using this location for 3 years now. Very friendly people on the regular store side. However the pharmacy is a complete let down. Every single time I call I am put on hold for long periods of time. Moments ago a gentleman was helping me with a very simple question then left me on hold for 19 minutes. I had to call again and another lady helped me with the same problem in 2 minutes. I asked who was helping me before and she said I dont know I just got here. This is very unprofessional and Im taking it up the corporate ranks. If you have choices dont use this place. They clearly do not care about customers because the last year and a half have been mistake after mistake and excuse after excuse.

I just went here to get my flu shot (did NOT happen). I went here at 4pm and signed in; there was an hour wait time, so I ran some errands. I get there at 5pm....STILL AN HOUR WAIT TIME....by 6pm I see the minuteclinic doctor come out and take patients who were below me on the list FIRST. My wait time goes up to another HOUR. I tell the pharmacy that Ive been there since 4pm and I cant wait anymore, please take my name off of the list....their response? "Oh, dont worry, theyll just skip over you and move on." NO APOLOGY NOTHING. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. Not all CVS stores are like this....but this one is TERRIBLE.

I have given this pharmacy multiple chances to win back my affection. I have prescriptions I rely on. They rarely can find my prescriptions when I arrive. They have called to tell me my prescription is ready to be picked up and when I arrive they have no idea why I say they called me. They also say it is something I did wrong when they can not place my prescription. They have confused my prescriptions (simular names) saying I have picked up one when it was the other causing conflicts with my insurance and ability to refill. I have have withdrew my service after four years and no improvements.

Pharmacy staff is rude pretty consistently and sometimes flat out incompetent. Ive had a pharmacist hand back a prescription saying they didnt have it and they didnt even look at it. If they had they might have realized it was for the generic and it was in stock. Just now we went through the drive through and the lady said we were good to go, but when I asked for my insurance card back she said she said she didnt see it come through. Then she found it and sent it back, but didnt enter it in the computer.

The worst customer service. EVER. We have forgiven an ongoing string of problems and mistreatment over the years, but today was the last time I will ever step into that store (probably any CVS for that matter). To rude pharmacists who lose insurance cards and to the nasty so-called "managers", I wish you a Happy New Year in which the WALGREENS next door shuts you down.

It took 2 hours to get a basic prescription filled. They messed up on information with my insurance. Made me wait in line 4 times. One staff member was doing his best to help me. I felt that some of the staff was extremely rude. They need to manage things a little bit better. I finally got my prescription but I was really disappointed in the service.

Just called the pharmacy about a serious concern about a side effect of a medication I was experiencing. Response from pharmacist: that is not a side effect in clinical pharmocogy our reference. I said I looked online and there are many references to it being a side effect including the FDA website.Her response was we dont use internet here.

This one is really not that bad. I have been to ones so much worse. They have long lines but they are efficient and knowledgeable. Now that I live near the Gaithersburg location, I go through hell trying to get a prescription!

This store is usually very busy during normal business hours. It has a drive through pharmacy window as well as several customer stations inside. Typically, the pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful.

Ellicott city is a place made of educated people who care about their health. it is just normal for this pharmacy to be busy. i think they try their best to serve people. other places are terrible

I am not impressed with this pharmacy at all. They are rude. I was in urgent need of my medication and I had new insurance, they flubbed it up and I ended up getting worse because I had to wait.
