I am giving Beauty Max 5 stars, i have been at this location about 5 times. Each time not only have I gotten what I was looking for but the people who own the Beauty Max are very pleasant and professional. When I shopped I noticed how Very organised they are even with tons of beauty products.The first time i came to Beauty Max i was with my daughter not only did they say hello to her made us feel very welcome but they had rings in her size available. The best part about going there is If you have a question people are always around to point you in the right direction this for me makes going convenant. Lastly the they have everything i need in one stop! The hair pieces are phenomenal they also have make up,eyelashes,hatts,cute hair ties,clips,jewellery! ♡

The man behind the register is very polite and friendly however cant say that for the rest of the staff. I shopped here very often being that I have 5 heads of hair to take care of at home not including mine. Usually spending at least $50.00 per trip....recently I went in to crab something real quick and a women seemed to end up in every aisle I was in....she worked there and obviously thought I was a thief because she kept following and watching so I didnt spend a penny....left and will not be returning...I did not appreciate her racist suggestive behavior and they wont get another dime out of me.

I love this place, they are always very nice and helpful. Im going in tomorrow to get some more hair. Last time I went it he had already rang me up for my hair but i needed a wig brush, he gave me a brush on credit (5$ card limit, i barely carry cash). I have to make sure I pay him back for the brush tomorrow. I love this place large selection of hair, wigs, hair products, accessories, and jewelry. I absolutely love this store. Hair is a little pricey, but I still love it.

The young people have great customer service but wstchout for the old guy. He doesnt respect customers. He is sexist and probably racist. I will not be returning to this store. He had typical tendencies of superiority and no regard for the fact that its women who actually keep his business profitable

I come here as often as I can. Living in Frederick is hard enough to find make up and hair products for people of color and this place has it all. I love the natural hair care products and I understand the prices. Its not a big deal when you get great service and the staff know the business.

They have a decent selection of beauty supplies, wigs, weaves and everything in between... The guys who work the counter are friendly and the woman who works the back with the wigs is phenonmenal! She has great personality!The prices are slightly pricey.
