I have used Minuteman Press in Crofton for several years now and I have always been impressed by the personal level of customer service and the high quality product that they deliver. I always seem to be working with tight time frames and not once has Minuteman missed a deadline or delivered an inferior job. As a matter of fact, they have always been able to accomodate my last minute requests at a very reasonable price and best of all a cheerful attitude. Their prices are very low compared to any other printing service in the area. I once used an out of town printer that I had located on the intranet to produce business cards for me at a really cheap rate. It wasnt such a good deal when I finally received the cards in the mail, they missed my deadline and still sent the card express mail which cost me a bundle extra! The quality was lousy and it was impossible to get someone on the phone to send them back. Not such a good deal after all, no matter how CHEAP the rate is. I am not a big customer of theirs but they treat me and everyone else I know who uses their services like one! I felt compelled to write this review because Minutman of Crofton is such a good, family run business and the characterization from Christie just isnt accurate in terms of my experience and other local businesess in the area that do business with Minuteman. Keep up the good work Barbara!

Even small print jobs often take a week. I have a much faster turn around time using a company in NORTH CAROLINA and that is who I rely on for all my bigger print jobs (free shipping over $30). Unfortunately, cost-wise, for the smaller jobs I cant justify paying shipping and so get stuck using mmp. Im sorry every time. The work is poor quality, there is no communication as to when things will be ready, if they run out of paper they substitute a higher cost paper (at the higher price) without prior approval. There is no set pricing structure and it changes all the time. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

I am a big fan of Minuteman Press in Crofton. My clients are always doing last minute things as well as my own stuff can be last minute as well. I always get my printing back on time and within budget. Andy and the team in Crofton are top notch and they go above and beyond to make sure my projects are done in excellence. They are the best... hands down and I appreciate them so very much!

Ive given this business three chances to print a 4 page newsletter and everytime I have submitted it theyve been days late. This last and final time, after telling me they could print it that day for pickup at night, they didnt. Four days later I still didnt receive a call and I called. The person I spoke to said they dont have the file. Unless they get better organized I would not return.

This place is great, Barb and her staff do everything they can to make sure orders are right and on time. Shes done many rush jobs for me and theyve always come out on time and have always looked perfect. Ive used them for about 6 jobs now and will continue to do so and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs quick, good priced printing.

Minuteman Crofton is responsive and easy to use. They do printing jobs right with excellent service... none of that big-box, "take a number" feel at this shop. If you need a project done now, go to Priest Bridge Centre, drop off your images for printing, and its done on time.
