I came in looking for a specific service and was told by the female employee that indeed they did offer the service. She was very nice and assured me she had done this particular service several times. I wanted to make sure because this followed very specific guidelines. I felt confident so paid the $25 plus $10 for both the service and subsequent mailing of my document. Come to find out it was done completely wrong. When I came in to ask if she could redo it the correct way, (and of course offered to pay again and did not ask for a refund) she refused and was not helpful at all. She then went on to say that they no longer provided sais service I had initially paid for. This was only a few weeks later. I have never been denied service just because an employee did not feel like performing the task. Very disappointed in this company and I will avoid this location at all costs. Im sure getting a basic package sent would be just fine but any additional service I would not trust. My advice? Dont advertise a particular service when you dont actually offer it or know what you are doing! I was always very polite and appreciative of her taking the time to help me but was met with an overwhelming unhelpful and borderline rude employee.

If I could give this place 0-stars, I would. I dropped off multiple packages on May 8, 2015. One package got delivered on May 13, 2015 and the other 4 were never even scanned into the system! The tracking numbers said that they were never picked up. When I called Mail Dock, they said that was "normal". I called the post office and they said that is absolutely NOT normal and that all packages are scanned within 24 hours (not 10 days later). Well I talked to Bob at Mail Dock and he said that he was going to "look into it". I never got a call or email back. I finally called him again 2 days later and was told that they are still looking into it. Today, they are finally scanned into the system. They are still in Lebanon, PA. According to the post office, they just got the packages into their possession. Mail Dock 100% never dropped them off. I dont know if they lost them in the back of the store and found them or what, but I can guarantee you that I will never mail anything out with them again.

I needed to have a file printed from a flash drive so that I could then sign it and, lastly, have the signed copy scanned and sent to me via email as a PDF file so that I, in turn, could email my signed letter to my intended recipient. Both employees I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The young lady that ultimately handled my job -I first stopped in to see if they could do it, and after being told that they could, I had to get the flash drive from home and return- took less than five minutes to complete it. Having to go to different places to accomplish all the steps would have taken me much more time. It was certainly worth the $3.50 or so it cost.in terms of the time I saved. When I explained to my sister this morning what I needed to do, she said why dont I try Mail Dock in Lebanon and I am really glad I took her advice.

The service at Mail Doc is outstanding. I have shipped dozens of items with them over the years. Each time, they are prompt, attentive, and do what they can to get me the best price. I have been surprised that it is often cheaper than the USPS, AND with the extra level of service. For my last shipment, a large chair, Abdiel looked at all of the possible methods to get me the least expensive shipping. He saved me over $100 dollars just by taking his time to check all the options. Highly recommended!

Every one who works at Mail Dock is so great - very professional, really friendly and totally customer oriented. I have gotten some of the best customer service there of any retail establishment. They are quick to find you and your regular correspondents in their system, automatically look for the fastest and cheapest ways to send your package and give you all the options to choose from. They make it easy and efficient. (I also love their greeting card selections - different and clever.)

I have a small business that ships out between 400-600 packages a month. I deal mostly with USPS but have been able to depend on The Mail Dock to give me tips and pointers to make my shipping more streamlined. They have even bailed me out a few times by being better stocked than my post office with flat rate and priority shipping materials. The staff and owners are so customer focused that I, and Im sure many others, have made them my "go to" people for all my shipping questions and needs.

I use this facility at least once/month and I can say that the customer service is exemplary. That top notch customer service includes the service they provide. The employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and thats EVERY time I walk in there. It is so hard to find great customer service, especially in Lebanon, maybe some other businesses should visit the Mail Dock to get schooled on how its done!

Wish I would have known about this place sooner. Had to ship out some things utilizing three different carriers. Was going to stop at Staples but they dont ship with all three. Found the Mail Dock and got everything taken care of at one place. Even dropped off some regular postal mail. Quick and very good, friendly service.

The staff at The Mail Dock is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I am new to ebay and they helped me every step of the way especially when it came to estimating shipping, the best way to box up my products and info on printing shipping labels. best place to mail anything in any way. they work with you to explain different types of mailing. they also do passports, sell supplies and you can have a mailbox there yourself. The best part is the friendly staff. Since I moved from Lebanon and sell on ebay, I cant say how much I miss the people and their support.
