Horrible! I was publicly humiliated by a sales representative who was not wearing a name tag and refused to give her name. I called corporate regarding the incident which occurred on June 24th, 2017. Im disheartened to say NO one has contacted me as of yet. They act this way because there is no recourse. I would love to know who is the district and or regional manager or anyone that hold their employees and organization responsibility. They should not be allowed to treat anyone in a disrespectful manner. Where is the justice? Needless to say I refuse to return there to spend a dime. Customer service is everything!

This store should be called ghetto ddollar. Its slow the cashiers are talking to each other and on the cellphone. No warm welcome when you come in like the premise that were all family here at the family dollar. There nasty mouth the customers get into it with each other because there being misdirected by the employees. This is the worst family dollar I have ever been in. It needs new management and employees

The store hours on Wednesday state the store opens at 8am. At 8:05am, I called inside the store and was told the store would open "in a few minutes." I asked the woman if she knew it was after 8. She calmly replied, "yes, I know." Its now 8:09am and the crowd that has now gathered is still outside.
