when they first opened, it was a madhouse. lines were too long, everything was slow, etc.. but I waited... the last few times I went in, its been great. After tonight (4/7/2016 AT 9:30PM) I had to write a review. The gentleman who prepares the chicken? really nice guy and very quick. the ladies behind the counter> Really courteous and quick. Im so happy. God forbid I had to stop going and get my fried chicken somewhere else. The horror of it! PS- to the people who gave poor reviews because it was closed for renovations? Dude, seriously uncool. Thats not how reviews work.

Rude inexperienced young adults working during the 5-7pm time frame. They seem to need guidance refused to give me managers info who supposedly wasnt onsite. After several tense minutes and words was finally just given a name no contact info. Thoroughly disappointed Royal Farms needs to step it up a manager should always be available for a customer even if its just to talk things out

The wait for chicken that was already cooked was 20 minutes! The employees didnt know how to move the line. A girl was literally standing behind the counter. Her only job, to open paper bags. Then the chicken was dry and sandbagged the fries soggy. Ive been to other royal Farms and have never been dissapointed. This one needs work.

Food is mostly good/fresh. The place is kept clean maybe because its so new. Some cashiers are friendly and some really need to smile more. Lottery machine is down often. Small area inside. Prices are super high, but it IS a convenient store. Parking is easy and spacious. I visit often. Ive always had a positive experience.

This place constantly lets me down. Chicken is always old, especially the fries. There is always a long wait at the register. I no longer see the friendly staff I used to. Just thinking of having to go here for anything stresses me out. This place is less than a year old >.< inexcusable! Changing my review to 1 star, smh

Worst RoFo in Bmore. Very dirty. Cashiers are usually rude and act like customers are bothering them. One cashier in particular has the most digusting hands Ive ever seen. They hardly ever open a second register no matter how long the line is while employees are just standing around doing nothing.

great convenience store, prices are moderate, can pick up whatever it is you have run out of and dont feel up to going to grocery or too late to go. Variety of fresh hot coffees and pastries. parking good , easy to get on and off parking lot, well-lit central location. courtesy staff

Renovations look like they are coming along nicely. Not sure whats taking so long but It would be nice to be able to see updates online or have an expected open I got date on their sign.

It is very convenient & they do have great chicken but their flavors arent the usual and 1 or 2 flavors are always down.The Slurpee area is also always a mess.

CLOSED Sign says closed for renovation, However it was just renovated a few months ago. So why is it closed? Maybe something to do with Pig headed neighbors.

The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and theyve recently done a renovation. Every once in a while theyre out of coffee when I stop by in the morning.

Its a brand new Royal Farms. Its a convenience store that sells good fried chickens and made to order items, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
