Staging Department

Food is fast, but the customer service is horrible! The ladies behind the counter in the deli and register are usually moody and catty all times of the day, as I work in the area and go there for lunch breaks. One young woman brown skinned with a nose piercing who works in deli attempted to physically attack me over a dipping sauce that I had already paid for! I was continuously given attitude from the young woman as she refused to hand me a sauce instead of her checking the receipt for herself to see that I paid for my sauce. I always ask for receipt to avoid these types of situatuons. Words were exchanged and the royal farms employee actually followed me outside in an attempt to physically attack me as she darted at me but her manager followed and retrieved her. I was removed from the premises and told I was not allowed to return to the store. But I believe that employee should lose their job. It is unacceptable to give that type of customer service and then proceed to insult or harm a customer.

I get gas here weekly. Plenty of pumps so I can *usually* find an available one. There are times it gets a bit crowed, but it is what it is. Ive had a few issues with a malfunctioning pump and the point of sale system being down that were inconvenient. Still, the price is good and its a convenient location.

DO NOT use the CAR WASH. Last time I used it, I got marks all over my car that looked like scratches. Theyre not scratches but theyre really hard to get off. I use a car wash for my car to look clean, not scratched. STAY AWAY!

I use their app all the time for the free 2 piece meal with fries and a dinner roll. The food is always got, fresh, and delicious, I have never had a problem with this royal farms

Just stopped in for a bathroom break. Ended up purchasing a sandwich and drink. Very friendly employees here this Sunday Jan. 3 2016. Wish the one in Glen Burnie was this nice.
