When you think of shady disreputable tobacco smoke shop, this place should be the first one that comes to mind. I have never been so blatantly ripped off by a business. I was sold an item and when I got home and opened up the box it was not what was described on the package. I tried to return it, considering I wanted what was on the box not the completely different item that was inside the box. They told me that I was not able to return it. The man that sold it to me was there. I politely asked "so this man sold me a product that was labeled as something else and when I get home and open it I find out its not the same thing, im pretty sure thats bait and switch and illegal." I left feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. If you do anything smoking or vaping related do not go here they will rip you off and sell you missed labeled products. 100% a rip off, they were horrible people and totally unwilling to work with me. I even said I would take store credit, which I was denied. Please heed my warning and dont go to this tobacco shop theres plenty others in Portland with cheaper better products.

This is, in my opinion, the best option for tobacco products in the downtown Portland area. The Staff are friendly and will answer your questions in a way thats easy to understand. There is another Cigarette Shopper on St. John across from the Dollar Tree with a larger selection of products
