Terrible customer service. Any time Ive walked in there the place is FULL of vape clouds so thick you can barely see. I get its a vape/smoke shop but come on, at least TRY to not play into the stereotype. The guy working the counter usually either ignores people walking in or is too involved in his conversation with people who are obviously just friends of his hanging out to even say hi. Plus theres this real young guy there with longer hair who has a really rotten, uppity condescending attitude regarding vape knowledge. Really smug which is very off-putting. As for Jujus HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE return policy... any place that sells COUNTERFEIT vapes and pieces and WONT EVEN EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE ITEM is sketchy as hell! The owner is real shady also, the one time I actually saw him (apparently he rarely comes in) he was acting like he was on uppers. Ive heard he flies off the handle on a regular basis and is a dick to people who come in with defective/broken/counterfeit items the didnt know were counterfeit. They are also extremely overpriced all around, not as bad as Awear or Blazin Ace but still charge an obscene amount for what are pretty basic glass pieces. Slides there on average are $25+, which is ridiculous especially when you can go right around the corner to Freak Street and buy the EXACT same slide for like $10. A friend of mine bought a slide at Jujus and the guy didnt even wrap it, just threw it in a paper bag, and the slide actually broke in my buddys pocket not even 20 minutes later. And then they wouldnt exchange it, even though THEY didnt wrap it! Just terrible service all around. AVOID!! There are better shops with much more reasonable prices and WAY better customer service in the Old Port.

I would HIGHLY suggest NEVER buying anything from this shop. I work right across the street and really needed a pack of butts.. So I went there because theyre decently priced.. I only had my debit card on me so I used that not thinking anything would happen.. The cigarettes were $7.63 ... Later on I went on my online and they charged my card 76 dollars!!!!!! I called them immediately and asked what was going on and they had no clue. I went into the store and showed them.. So they said they would take off the $76 dollars all together but then charged me AGAIN for another pack of cigarettes, so now my card is charged $85 just for one single back of cigarettes. I called my bank and they told me to tell them to void it so I would get my money back that day... I did just as my bank told me to do and lucky JUJUs said ok we will... Well I waited NINE days to get my money back... About three weeks later I was in desperate need of butts again so I went into Lucky JuJus and NICELY said "Please make sure youre charging my card the right amount of money because I had an incident last time I was here and my card was charged more than it should of been." The guy who was working FREAKED out saying if you dont like this get out of my store I tried explaining myself again but he got even madder and was an awful guy to his customer (me) After about 5 minutes of him being very arrogant with me he threw my card and license back and said "get out now!" Also THERE BONGS ARE MADE OUT OF PLASTIC NOT GLASS Id advise never going there. There customer service is TERRIBLE!

I had the best experience yesterday at Lucky JuJu. My old e-cigarette had died and I needed a whole new vape set, but didnt know what I wanted, apart from not wanting something overly boxy and heavy. I spent a good deal of time talking with Ryan, going over different vapes and how they worked. He found me the perfect vape within my budget that was powerful, light-weight, and designed well. It was actually the one he uses himself, which was reassuring and it gave me more thorough answers to the questions I had. He spent a lot of time helping me find the perfect liquid for me (which can be difficult, as Im particular about flavor) and was patient and helpful as I took the time to smell everything I was interested in before making a choice. He even gave me a recommendation for where to find body jewelry in the area, which was my next errand. Id definitely recommend Lucky JuJu to anyone in the vape market. They had an above-and-beyond selection of vapes, glass, liquid, and many other things. If the rest of the staff are like Ryan, their customer service is top-notch. The prices are more than reasonable, too; I looked at some other shops, and I got a new vape, a set of atomizers, and a 60ml bottle of liquid for the same price that another place quoted me for just a vape, tank, and batteries. Ive been to a lot of smoke shops, but I havent found one that had a better selection, a more knowledgeable staff, and the right price for the product. Definitely stop by! Youll be delighted.

STORES LIKE THIS ARE WHY EVEN MMJ IS LOOKED DOWN UPON BY SOME PEOPLE, AND IF ALL STONERS BEHAVED LIKE THESE EMPLOYEES, I WOULD BE AGAINST LEGALIZATION TOO!!! The reason this place will never be as good as Blazin Ace or AWEAR is all because of one thing, the employees. They are always baked and incoherent, SO SO SO conceited and smug, can barely find price tags, swear loudly while speaking with customers, very unprofessional. I have been in once when I believe the owner was there and it was respectable but whoever decided that the guy with the beard and glasses, about 21 years old, should run the store on his own, is careless. He openly discussed drug use with the people who came in right after me, every other word out of his mouth was "F*ckinnnnnn". I would be embarrassed to have employees who act like this clown. On top of everything, this guy repeatedly insulted my knowledge on vaping (which I dont do, and was not there to browse for, but he just wouldnt get off the subject). I saw the piece of glass I wanted, priced around 200 dollars, but just couldnt bring myself to give my business to this halfway house of a store. Walked down the street to AWEAR, got a very similar bong but much thicker and brand name, and get this, i only paid 175. Seriously, to the owner of this shop, if you want to be taken seriously, fire the jerks who work there, bring in some people who arent too high to explain things to customers. Seriously, I have never seen such a unprofessional place.

Forget this place. Dont read the other reviews. Dont listen to the apologies or whatever they tell you. Recently purchased a Kangertech Starter kit and a battery. I am brand new to vaping so I was unaware of what a "clone" was and the item you may have purchased might not be authentic. So after using the device, I was told if I checked the authenticity. I said no , and that is when I was informed of about clones. Turns out my purchase was in fact a clone. I brought it back to the store today and the man I gathered was the owner of the store, came right out and stated with a little attitude in his voice, that he "sells both originals and clones." Long story short - he sold me some cheap knock off and that was the end of that - then he actually thought I would be interested in buying juice there and showed me some items. really, I just was openly told he sold me a knock off and then expected to give him more money. There is a nice shop in westbrook, Google it - go there, this place is what gives local business a bad name, actually any business in America a bad name. I take responsibility, dont get me wrong, in not doing all my research and I accept that, however this is the first time ever, in my 40 years I actually took the time to write a review. I did this so no one else will have to have the same experience. You should have at very least, told the customer you sold both and put the option in their hands, but you didnt. Shame on you.
