Horrible customer service. My son turned 18 on friday and had a state issued ID and decided to go in to see what it was like, the rude lady behind the counter asked to see his ID and because of improper training, said his id was fake and kicked him out of the store. He was humiliated in front of the customers that were shopping there. I personally took my son to get his state Id for a cruise we took in july and it was issued by the state of Maine. With proper training she would know how to spot a fake ID. She said the lines on the back didnt match up???? Really the lines????? Thats how you train your people. I for one will take my business elsewhere and will let everyone know about this horrible humiliating experience. And my son is now going elsewhere and treated with respect.
