Best place to get quality meat at unbeatable prices. Hi Nabor is a Baton Rouge institution and while the store isnt as flashy as the larger chains, theres no better place to find locally-sourced foods. The selection of general groceries is a bit limited, but I prefer to go here where Ill get good quality at great prices than a huge chain store where Ill overpay and have little chance of buying local.

Its a grocery store. There really isnt much to say about them. I get that people hate Walmart, Target and what not but these stores are pretty sub-par in terms of prices. I wouldve bought meat here because I usually hate buying it from big box stores but they hire idiots with tendencies to run over ex-girlfriends.

I got the ribs. Perfect, enough bbq, sauce to keep them most, but not floating in sauce. I also got a thigh, tasty, not all crust and only a shadow of chicken. Good ETs, good prices, good service. The food was hot, the deli area was clean. Thumbs Up!

I have always loved this chain. Only they closed the location near me. Now I have to travel about 8 miles one way to shop here. I still do it a couple of times a week though. It is that good! Great hot meals from deli also.
