customer service was aweful. We bought nine north face jackets out of which three items charged wrong, he had to call the manager three times to confirm the price. Then he gave us only 8 items, luckily we checked and there were nine items charged in the bill but only eight in the bag. When we asked he checked the bag and the bill and didnt say a word till we realized he kept one of our item in the back rack behind him. When I pointed out that he smiled and placed it back in the bag. But not one apology or acknowledging the mistake. He acted as if it was our fault that we made sure we got what we paid for. The manager was also not helpful he avoided coming to us when we called him to help. This was really bad customer service.
