Why even have a store phone if you never answer it and cant even answer any questions customers ask. Seriously if you cant tell a customer anything about their phone or account even if they can prove they are the account holder why have a phone?! Its ridiculous. Not everybody has free time to just waltz around and go in to the store.

Just wanted to give some enlightenment, knowing from working at AT&T, the stores cant verify your account over the phone because they are not authorized For that, if you want to do anything over the phone you have to call 611 no matter what AT&T store you call anywhere in the USA.
