No one at the store checked to see if my house would have reception. I signed up and traded in my t-mobile phone (which I owed $630) and was told at&t would pay it off with my switching to them. Fast forward a few days and I return to the store because I have horrible reception. I pay my restocking fee and cancel my account because they neglected to check something so basic. I received a "trade in value" that was super low and it went directly to at&t. I still owe t-mobile $630. AT&T has been VERY rude to me on MANY occasions. Mainly in this store location. They have called me a liar multiple times. Today the manager was short, disrespectful to me, and told me that that was it and we were done. They accept 0 responsibility for their errors. They are unethical and lie to their "customers". They are more concerned with making money and hitting their personal numbers to keep their jobs than they ever are about their customers. They dont care about their customers. They care about money. Its disappointing that they take advantage of people to make a profit... their words mean nothing. And thats heart breaking, honestly. Wish I wouldve known how low theyd go before I signed up and spent a bunch of money with them. So frustrating.

Better to call AT&T customer service for help with account problems. They are much more service friendly and willing to help you when you are in a bind. The employees and manager in this particular store are not interested in going out of their way to help you. After a frustrating discussion with the manager, I left, called customer service and was quickly and politely assisted. My problem was taken care of without arguement or excuses. I was told that our business was important to them and our patience was appreciated. They also apologized for the inconvenience of my in-store visit. While I have had a couple of positive experiences in this store with simple rate changes, this most recent experience will prevent me from doing business with them in the future. I prefer working with professional individuals who value their customers and encourage loyalty.

Id give it a negative rating but can not. A former high school attendee works here, and he lies more now that he employed here. Hes a worthless snake in the grass (Doug Taylor.) My father and myself not only have accounts with AT&T but my Father also has his business lines with AT&T. Whether my father is dealing with Doug, or not, he always has immature, racist, and religious comments to make. He has done this to me also and Ive come near smacking him. Hes lied to customers to get promotions, (my Father included,) which I had to teach software to. That was supposed to be taught in store. Do not deal with Doug Taylor! RACIST.

Terrible customer service while we were the. I simply wanted to pay off my phone real quick. But the moment we walked in the door, a lady named Gerritha approached is and told us we would have to wait over an hour or make an appointment just to pay off a phone. There were three other reps right behind her doing nothing and only about 6 customers in the store. Instead of helping us and sending us on our why she insisted that we had to make an appointment. When I asked if since she was unable to assist if one of the employees behind her doing nothing could assist real quick she said no. It is like she didnt want us there.

I had to search for person to be put on the list then after waiting & I had asked 2 attendees that were just taking names I just wanted to make single purchase they said I needed to wait for an associate. Okay after 20 minutes finally an associate had gotten back with me to tell me they were out of what I wanted. The 2 associates that were taken names could have told me this. Why did they keep me there. I found the place disorganized & environment not customer friendly

Wasnt me but a friend called THIS store....the ONLY one here in Columbia and was told the IPhone 7 that he was wanting WOULD be available this morning. He arrives at 3:30 and waits...only to be told some 3 hours later that they didnt have them and that nobody at that store would have said that...seriously dude..you personally listen to all your employees conversations everyday...such a crock.

I only went here for something small: I purchased a new cell phone for my AT&T GoPhone plan (it was a Samsung Galaxy S3) but my SIM card was too large to insert into this new phone. I went into the store, they got me a micro SIM card for FREE (didnt expect that) and switched it over very quickly right then and there. It took all of like 10 mins. Very happy.

The wait times were excessive and theres no good seating options for someone who has trouble standing. The staff treated me like I was dumb and made little snarky comments when I was already in a bad mood over waiting 10 minutes for someone to help me. Never visiting this store again. Amazon will be my cellphone accessories provider now.

Not helpful Manager was unbelievably rude. So unprofessional. Will never return to ATT. Really, run from this store and ATT. They are not being honest. They promise then dont keep their commitments. I am frustrated and suddenly poor. I trusted them. Never again.

Was there for almost an hour, 4 representatives and not a single one said a word to me.. not a "hello well be with you in a second" or anything. One lady left and the second woman was just standing around getting ready for closing. All I wanted was an upgrade.

The employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. Switched an account from Verizon and from us cellular to at&t. Took a decent amount of time, which the customer service was worth every minute, because we had to activate 4 phones.
