How many employees does it take to put a phone customer on hold and then Google an error code on their cell? Looks like 3. How many employees does it take to help the customers actually waiting in line in the store? Apparently only 1, as the other 3 were busy Googling. Keep up the good work! We went across the street to OReilly.
