Just wow...we live in the upper Midwest and ordered an engine from Steve here at this facility. They sent us a bad motor, we get it, its a junk yard, there will be bad parts. We are a shop, therefore, before putting the motor into the vehicle, we inspect it to make sure that everything is going to be good. Well, its not, the same thing that was wrong with the other motor is the same problem that they sent us. Fine, just take back your motor and give us our money back, done deal. We are from out of state...they already charged us, nothing more we can do, but be courteous about the situation. At the end of day, we need to get our job done. Instead, I get this semi racial spill about "where are you from" "orignally?" "You sound like my neighbor." I grew up in California, there is nothing wrong with my accent. He then pretends to resolve the problem but really just questions ridiculous things like where is the front pulley and flywheel, he calls these things "internal" to the engine. It is not. The motor was $565, not a major dent in our shops budget to be ripped off, but gave these guys an opportunity to rectify the problem professionally. But you will be hearing our bank about selling us a bad motor, they will refund our money and we will keep the engine. Dont know what we do with it, scrap metal prices are way down. We feel bad for who ever needs to buy stuff locally from these guys. STAY AWAY.

I called this place looking for a rearend and they assured me that they had the exact rearend I was looking for and even assured me that they physically verified the gear ration and stated that this rearend had been rebuilt at some point recently. I drive an hour to go pick up the rearend and immediately notice the brake shoes are thinner but figure maybe I can just use the longer axles out of my other rearend if it came down to it. I asked to pull the inspection cover to verify the gear ratio and it was a 2.73 when I am needing a 3.42. The owner argued with me saying he verified it himself by counting the teeth and then when I offered for us to count the teeth together he walked away and then changed his story to another worker told him it was verified as the correct gear ratio. And on top of the gear ratio problem, the center of the carrier had been chewed up by the pinion gear so it wasnt any good even as a 2.73 rearend. Definitely not a stand up business, I will never attempt to do business with these guys again.

WARNING: Extremely rude! Take your business elsewhere. A friend of mine picked up running boards for a vehicle which the owner of the business "guaranteed 100%" to fit. The parts he gave her originally DID NOT FIT. I went back down to the Salvage yard with her and we walked in the door and the owner or none of the workers acknowledged we were even there. We waited for around 30 minutes and he finally came out. I explained to him that it was an incorrect part and he proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong and that I was trying to put it in the wrong place. He told me the running boards mounted to the pinch welds. The ORIGINAL running boards bolted to the frame of the vehicle. He got extremely angry and told us he wasnt wasting anymore of HIS time and told his workers to "get the stuff". One of his workers looked sad. Id hate to work for this man. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I WOULD.

We found this company on the internet, they state to have a part to repair a vehicle, we place an order by phone , they send wrong part very far from the one asked. They decline our petition to make an exchange or a full refund. they come up with 20% restocking fee for a mistake they made, NO way to get agreement. we asked VISA to dispute charges. Next time please read Reviews before to buy, if something or somebody got a bad experience is because is true!!. On Invoice appears our address wrong, Name wrong and Order Wrong... very nice ehhh!!!.

We had the pleasure to work with the owner Steve Bourini on parts we needed for my sons vehicle. The service was impeccable and not only did we obtain the parts we were looking for a a very great price, he provided miscellaneous parts at not cost to even include a privacy screen ($250.00) value which mounts in the cargo area. We were highly impressed with their knowledge and can do attitude. I highly recommend people anywhere, particularly in the middle TN area reach out to them first for used/salvage parts they may need for their vehicle.

They are a joke. do not buy from them. I was going to get a transmission from them.Well maybe it was miss communication and I accept that but Nancy told me I was getting a transmission with 6 months or 1 year warranty but I thought it would be rebuilt with that long of a warranty.Anyways then Nancy called me back and said I was a liar. What kind of business is this.They are rude both Nancy and Steve these people need to go back to school and learn how to do business or even learn how to talk to people.

Great, fair company. They refused to sell me a defective spindal, because it had a pressed in hub. I told them ionly needed the spindal(which was in good condition) and he sold it to me at a very discounted rate. They wanted to stand up to their motto of only selling quality parts. I could only respect that.

These people are real jerks. Three business days later my car still hadnt been picked up, when I called to inquire I got HOLLERED AT, told they were "backed up two weeks" & the owners husband cancelled my order. Take your $ elsewhere.
