I have bought 2 "lightly used" guns there and were sorely disppointed. First time I bought a Reminghton 870 Magnum Express 12 ga, I took it home and it didnt even process shells at all. Luckily I made it back on time to exchange it for a similar model. Then a week ago, I purchased a Springfield 1911 A1 .45 ACP there. Fired it that night, it shot like crap. Took it apart and had to replace the recoil spring bc the one in it was cut about an inch and a half short and wouldnt go into full battery after the first shot. They obviously dont fully inspect their used inventory. Anyone could see by taking these guns apart they were sub par and parts were unservicable.

My experience at Gun and Knife Country was wonderful. As a woman It was so nice to walk into a gun shop and see multiple women working there. The employees really work with you and help you find a gun that fits you and your needs. They dont just push you toward the most expensive gun in the store, they make sure you are comfortable with what you are buying before you leave the store. They dont hesitate to answer any questions you have and make sure you understand the gun, laws, etc. I walked out with a Smith and Wesson M&P9 and I love it, it was everything the young lady told me it would be. Never buying a gun from anyone but them!

Great inventory and always well stocked! They carry a little bit of everything. We always have something new to look at. If we are looking for something that they dont have they do special orders. Not only do they have a huge selection of guns, but they have the largest holster selection as well. Multiple people made it a point to ask if I had been helped. They were very nice . The girls in there are very nice and helpful. Its a very family friendly shop unlike any other shop in the area. Always a great experience when I shop there!

I got a mossberg 22lr plinkster(tactical) from here, it was a bare model, no sights came with it. The gun turned out to be about $70.00 more than wal-mart (wal-marts was same model but way better, came with iron sights and a scope and carrying handle like the M16-A2. All for $222.89) the gun I got has already broken in the 1 month Ive had it. Im calling them tomorrow to see if they will fix it or exchange it or what theyre going to do.

The most unprofessional Gun Shop we have been in. The owner stood there gossiping to a customer while her helper frantically ran around trying to help other customers. The owner also belittled her helper and treated him like he was stupid. If her father knew how she ran his store he would be ashamed. After 10 min of standing and listening to the owner gossip and make fun of her helper we decided to leave.

Great people and great prices. I have done business with them for over 7 years now and they are hands down the best Gun store in the Ft. Campbell, Oak Grove, Hopkinsville and Clarksville area. They are very knowledgeable and will take you through all the firearms you are looking at answering every question, not to mention they have an amazing knife selection as well. No pressure sales staff is amazing!

Excellent customer service and great prices. They will always beat their competitors in price and they have a very large selection of new and used ( and rare ) firearms already in stock. Best selection in town, make sure if you buy a new in box firearm you do your homework and find out how many magazines were shipped with the weapon....this store has a habit of removing all but one magazine and selling them separately, especially with m1as, fals you know expensive magazines

I bought a S&W M&P9 from them this year. They have the very best prices in the state that I have found. I live almost 2 hours away in Paducah. I have no problem driving all the way to Oak Grove because they have the best prices and the best gun selection in the Clarksvile/Oak Grove area.

This is one of the best shops in the region. They are well stocked, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and honest. If you want the Walmart experience then drive on up to Whittakers but for a more colorful gun buying experience stop by Gun and Knife Country. Oh, did I mention machine guns?

I have bought a quad a few firearms from them. Sarah and Steve are super nice great people. They make you feel like youre not stupid like most gun shops. If they dont have it or cant get it its almost not available I do most of my business with them

Awesome store and very knowledgable and helpful staff. Since Ive been in the area I have bought four weapons from them. They do special orders and gunsmithing, and are always very pleasant and have a lot of information to share.

Good luck trying to sell any "military related" items. They will make a scene for all to see and assume you have stolen such items. Very unfair business. I do not recommend anyone purchase or sell anything at this store.

Recently bought a handgun there. Great prices and selection. The people are friendly, honest, and helpful. I think this is the only gun store in Oak Grove so Im glad its a great one. Just an overall great store.

Friendly, family owned, mostly military customers. Could not be happy, special ordered a Colt Defender and it arrived within 7 days and their prices are much better than the PX on nearly every model.

Great shop and friendly staff. The owner is straight forward and honest, something that isnt seen often these days. I drive over an hour to shop there and pass two shops on my way.

Owners are great, prices are way below MSRP. Ordered from them brand new, they gave me 400 bucks off what everyone else quoted me and that itd be here within the week.
