Went in on a rainy Sunday. My wife likes some of the jewelry they carry, so I didnt mind going in. I was in the store for 5 minutes, and not a word of greeting from either clerk. I figured they must be busy, so I left for 20 minutes to get some lunch. Came back in and same thing happened, except this time one of the clerks said "excuse me", because I was apparently in her way. I left then. They missed a sure sale today, any future sales from me, and got my review here. I will find another retailer. I hope the owner reads this.

The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I was denied an exchange for an expensive gift even though I had a receipt. The manager put her hands on me and another employee used inappropriate language. It wasnt until I asked for the owners contact information that I was allowed an exchange. It seems they dont realize that they are not the only Pandora dealers in town. That or building customer relationships is not a priority. Either way, I have a new Pandora bracelet that will be filled elsewhere.

I was at the Paddock shopping for my daughters birthday and went into Rabbit in the moon. I had a very pleasant experience and the employees were wonderful. They helped me pick out a Pandora charm for my daughters 16th birthday...I will for sure be shopping there for my special gifts from now on. I absolutely love this boutique shop! Its the first place I go when I need to find a present. They have everything from Pandora and Brighton jewelry, Vera Wang merchandise, and a variety of cute baby and children items. The store is a little on the high end, but its a boutique shop and everything is very unique!
