After previous disappointments with online orders from Facebook advertised "boutiques", I was leary to order again...but found such a cute pair of leggings at such a great price on Black Friday, I thought Id give it another try. What a pleasant surprise when my order arrived! A hand-wrote ThankYou card, hoping that I loved my order, with all their details on returns and exchanges and additional contact info. They also had noticed that I failed to enter the promo code on black Friday, so they applied the discount for me. You dont get personalozed service like that anymore, especially with online orders! I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again and letting my friends know this company was awesome! ;)
