I loved working with Carpetmart! We didnt really know what to expect when we decided to replace carpet in our upstairs but the entire process was so easy! There was even a couple of months time between the measurements and install because we had some things to clean out and everything just picked up where they left off. The first time I walked into the store and during measurements Bruce was very helpful in explaining what they would take care of and what we would have to do for prep, he was also very understanding during measurements with everything we had in the way. Once we cleaned it out, install was scheduled within a few days and John & John were great throughout the whole install. They arrived promptly at 8:30, allowed me to check in occasionally throughout the day without issues, took care of moving furniture around and vacuumed when they were done! Will definitely use again and will refer to my real estate clients!

Carpet Mart installed my carpet today. Absolutely fantastic job done by Charlie, Nick & Mike. They took great care in moving my furniture & back in its place & cleaned up everything when done. I worked with Christian & Drue at the showroom & they were very nice. I had to reschedule my carpet installation to a week later than originally scheduled. Bruce was proactive & when an earlier opening came available he scheduled me in. Didnt have to wait another week. I couldnt have had a better service than this. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous, professional & every single one of them had a smile. Will definitely be shopping there again for future kitchen renovations & Carpet Mart will definitely be my first & only choice for myself & for recommendation to my friends and family. Thank you Bruce, Christian, Drue, Charlie, Nick & Mike...you guys are just absolutely fantastic.

I recently needed to re-carpet my office and went to Carpet Mart on the recommendation of a friend who told me that Carpet Mart offers the best deals in town. He was right. Not only is the price right, the folks at Carpet Mart, including salesman, Bruce Baise, were extremely helpful in first trying to find the same carpet as in the adjoining room and then trying to match it. Bruce even came to my office and took measurements. The prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the installation was done timely, quickly, and well. After the installation, I even received a small refund because the transition board that I purchased was not needed! I will return to Carpet Mart for sure the next time I need carpeting and will refer them to friends and family. This is a quality business with good products and customer service.

We had carpet installed in our master bedroom. Nick, Clay and Nate were scheduled to come between 8:30-9 but called and said they were ready to come over earlier and were here and ready to get started by 8. Since we werent planning on them being here that early, the room wasnt completely prepped and ready for them to work. I told Nick I needed a few more minutes to finish getting things out and he jumped in and helped with a smile. Nick, Clay, and Nate were professional, efficient, and fast workers and had the job done in half the time we expected. They were courteous and took care to check out an area of concern I had when ripping out our old carpet. They did a fantastic job and we couldnt have been happier with our carpet mart experience, from choosing our carpet to the installation. We will definitely go back here if we need carpet again!

Weve shopped with Carpet Mart 3 times and loved it every time! Our first time was about 5 years ago and we re-carpeted our entire home. The carpet was fantastic and the service even better. Not a single issue with install. Then we moved (about 3 years ago) and went back to Carpet Mart to get rid of the old nasty carpet that was in our new home. Again nothing but a phenomenal experience. We went in a month ago hoping to buy some remnants to use for rugs in our bedrooms. Was I ever blown away when they still had our room dimensions on file! The service is beyond excellent. The employees and ownership are personable and friendly, taking time to get to know you and your needs. The carpet is top-notch and the installation experience was flawless. Stop in to see Bruce, Aaron and the gang at Carpet Mart... Im confident youll be glad you did.

They are super friendly, super helpful people and the price was pretty awesome. We paid less that $700 for what Lowes priced us at $1,100 before labor. I talked to a man named Christian in the store who was a very chill guy who went out of his way to show us exactly what we asked for and did not push us towards anything. The gys that came to install the carpet, Richard and Brian, were friendly, talkative, and helped us move our furniture around until we found where we wanted everything. They even left us a little goody bag with random snacks and stuff lol. Normally I am off put when someone asks me to do a review, but I was so happy with them I had already intended to leave a review before they even asked. They sure as Hell earned a good review.

We bought carpet here about a yr ago and just had 2 more rooms of carpet installed in another home. Milton was our salesperson who was very helpful. Our installers Clay & Alan did an outstanding job! They were very professional, and did a fast excellent job! They were very clean and courteous. We will use carpet mart in the future as needed. Thanks! 2016 We love our new carpet! Everything from the selection process to installation went very smooth! Our sales person Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful, listened to what we were looking for and showed us several options. The installation went very quick and smooth, Trevor and Clayton were very professional and efficient. Our new carpet looks great!

Wow. Carpet Mart was the perfect choice for us. The showroom was open later than others for my wife and I to come see the options. Christian, our salesman, was a knowledgeable and nonpresuring carpet expert. We felt the price was fair, less expensive than one other estimate, and slightly more than another. Mike, the installation manager, arrived 10 minutes early. That is huge in my book! The installation was perfect. We made the right choice. Home improvement choices are tough; you never know what the end result will be. Carpet Mart makes it easy! Good price! Good install. As far as longevity, only time will tell. But I am confident in our choice. Thank you.

Everything was really top-notch. We had a certain budget we were working with to carpet a newly refinished basement and the salesman, Drue, showed us just the carpets that fit the budget and the color schemes we were working with. He also suggested things about patterns based on his experience which was very helpful. The measurement and installation was done quickly and professionally. I do wish they had quicker turnaround / better availability of samples - as it turned out, we would have chosen a slightly different shade had the sample we ordered come in sooner - but that choice was totally on us - no reflection on Carpetmart. Still a 5-star experience and value!
