This Ace Hardware is definitely a helpful place! My parents hand me a list of things to fix around their house when I am in town and this is the first place I go. The employees are always helpful when I dont understand how to fix something (my parents garden hose, toilets, and lights for example) and will walk me through how to do it step by step. They suggest things that they themselves have used and liked rather then what is the most expensive option available. There is a gift area attached that has flowers which are always a hit with my mom. The fresh popcorn is a bonus.

Great customer service! Staff helped me find several things I needed and even explained how to use them. Their gift area is super cute, with a great card selection. Kids love the free popcorn and the dog.

Good place to go if you like unsolicited anti-Obama commentary from the staff. Otherwise, I would recommend someplace less politically-leaning and more focused on hardware.
