Coffee is NEVER FRESH at this location. No matter what time of the day. I have brought it to the attention of the management team to be told they get very busy with Ice cream. Yet when I walked into the store the manager and another CSR were standing at the counter talking. It takes minutes to make a fresh pot of coffee. We stop at this location because its local to our jobs and we work long hours. It would be great to be able to depend on our local UDF for fresh hot coffee. But at this location as stated by the manager its not PRIORITY! Coffee pot usually has a timer sitting at 3 to 4 hours everytime we go in, coffee at times taste like the pot hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Customer service at this location is horrible.
