Ill never return here! Ive always had issues with this store, but this recent experience done it for me! These stores gouge you for money, but never want to give you your money back when their products suck. I purchased 6 photo albums, 3 DVDs, 1 baby pajama sleeper, 1 infant fuzzy snowsuit, and a pack of batteries. I had the receipt, and all of the items were unopened, they had actually never been taken out of the Meijer bag. The lady at customer service was very rude. She accused me of stealing one of the photo albums because it wasnt on the receipt. She said "I shouldnt let you leave the store with this photo album because it was stolen". Ummm, what?? Perhaps I bought it at a different time? With the tight security there, Im sure you couldnt steal anything. Then, they wouldnt return my batteries because theyre considered an "electronic". They wouldnt return the DVDs because they seemed to have been opened, which they hadnt. I had returned the sleeper and snow suit at a different time, and the receipt clearly said that I paid $38 for the snow suit, and $7 for the sleeper. The woman insisted that the snow suit was $32 when the receipt clearly said $38, and that the sleeper was $4 when it was $7. I got $37 back!! I called corporate over this because the receipt clearly says $38 and $7. SO basically, Im out all this wasted money from this store. Will never return.

Not sure why I dont shop here more often. I sometimes go there when I cant find an item at Walmart. They do carry some items that I cant find in other stores, but theyre usually a last resort. We used to grocery shop there a lot, until we started noticing the expiration dates on the food were either very close, or already expired. To me the store seems disorganized. Im sure theres some order to it, but since I dont shop there regularly, I usually wind up hunting several aisles in hopes of finding the item Im looking for. As I mentioned earlier, its something of a last resort when I want something today, and cant find it at my usual sources.

I was looking for melatonin the gummies. So this employee came and asked me if I needed help. I told him I did. I couldnt find anymore melatonin. He told me to wait while he went in the back to bring them. Because he checked on his computer and there were more available in the back. He made wait for about 20 minutes for nothing! He said there were no more. What a bad service. The lie to their customers. Who would believe that!, they were completely out of melatonin?! I used to be their customer. But the way I was treated by this employee, I will never return.

I typically dread going to the any pharmacy, the long wait is enough to drive you crazy. But I dont have to worry about that at this pharmacy. Even though there were quite a few people ahead of me, the staff were very efficient and got people their prescriptions fast. The pharmacist, Lisa C blew my mind. I had a few questions about my meds and she came out of her box, sat down with me and explained everything thoroughly. I didnt expect to receive that kind of customer service from a big corporation. I will forever be a customer to this pharmacy. Thanks so much!

I bought a tv here on black friday. I ordered a tv stand and took the TV out of the box about two weeks after buying it. The screen was completely broken. I had lost my receipt and was worried about not being able to exchange the tv. I called meijer and was assured they could look it up if I brought in the debit card I used. I brought the TV in the next day and exchanged it no problem. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I was in and out of the store with a new tv in 15 minutes. Awesome service!!

Very poor customer service. I was in store today. Had a issue with the u scan crap an couldnt get help. I left the line an didnt purchase anything. The one person who was working up front looked to be close to 65 an on a cane. I went to Kroger an spent $100. Meijer beats Kroger in price most the time. Its not worth it. I get tired of your help saying you cant find help. Pay better or something. Kroger always has help an great customer service. ..

This is definitely a huge Meijer! With a pretty decent sized bakery area as well! The parking lot seems to be a main hub, as you cant get to anything else surrounding it without going through the parking lot, so be careful. But other than that, you really cant go wrong with the selections here. you could kill hours in here, its seriously that big! If you cant find it in this location, youre not finding it at all.

This location is unsanitary. The restrooms smell worse than a rest stop, trash is always over flowing, deli just leaves product in the case under shrink wrap. Conditions are deplorable and customer service forget it. I get better service at walmart than i do here. I will never return to this location. 1 star is to generous. It honestly deserves a 0.

I made my first visit to Meijer today. I happened to walk through the pet department and I noticed the DEPLORABLE conditions that the betta fish are living in. This is outrageous. A store should not sell living creatures if they do not have the decency or desire to care for them. I do not believe I will be visiting a Meijer store any time soon.

Nice store with good buys but they never have enough lanes open. They seem to want you to self check out but if I have alot of items I dont want to self checkout. Grocery items are very competitively priced compared to other stores but be careful on non food items. I typically find that prices are better at Wal-Mart or Amazon.

Always feels dirty and like the whole store should be clearance items because its so disheveled... Only their prices arent marked down hardly ever! If anything they mark prices higher if an item is to be on sale! Their selection is different than the same few stores I usually go to so thats there 2 star saving grace!

Found some great deals on clearance shirts. Dressing room was a mess, hadnt been swept in quite a while, dust bunnies everywhere and clothes were all over the place having not been put away. It didnt hinder my shopping experience though, unless something awesome was buried underneath the piles that I missed.

Pros: the deals, variety, mperks, clean. Cons: produce/meat frequently on the verge of or has already expired, typically only a few checkout lanes open and the cashiers are in no hurry to check you out (expected checkout time of 10 minutes), cashiers and deli counter lack good customer service skills.

Meijer is better than Target in my opinion. It definitely has a full grocery area which is better than Target. The atmosphere is more relaxed. Its cleaner and the color scheme is definitely more soothing and relaxing making for a better overall shopping experience. I wish Meijer was nationwide.

Rude associates, they DONT PRICE MATCH, literally trying to sell RC planes that Walmart has for $12... Here they cost $30. On top of that, you have hooligans in the parking lot jumping off of scooters and being wreckless. No wonder this place is a ghost town.
