Their sign Design skills are trash. Get initial consult on paper. Things verbally discussed during consult were not considered in design AT ALL. Customer service is trash. Great installation though. Quickly installed sign with no telephone number. Definitely should not assume basic info would be included. Customer satisfaction is not a priority. The check at time of installation is their only priority. Will never patronize on any level. Cost of total install: $2600 Lesson learned: Priceless

Two years ago, I started my own business and KY Design Co. has been with me from the start. They have designed my logo, printed my apparel as well as making and installing my sign.
