This is the worst UPS store. I went in first thing in the morning on a Monday to ensure a Christmas package arrived on time. I paid a premium for priority shipping that I was told would have my package delivered the following day. The package did not get checked in with USPS until Thursday morning, so it didnt even leave the store until after it should have been delivered. The elderly woman who apparently owns the place would do nothing to correct the issue, and apparently is unable to read her own computers to manage a simple transaction. If zero stars were possible, I would give those. There is a shipping store across Allisonville, and I will be their customer from now on.

When looking for a UPS store that employees and the owner are knowledgable and friendly, I highly recommend you enter the UPS Store, 11057 Allisonville Rd., Fishers, IN. All know how to securely pack items and get the product shipped quickly, Last Christmas I wanted my Spode Christmas dishes shipped to Florida. I called the store and was told they ship dishes. When I arrived with a 12-piece place setting along with all the stemware, eyes lit up! All my dishes arrived on time and not one dish or glass was broken. For a number of years I have shipped my entire set of golf clubs, and not one club has even been broken. Thanks UPS for taking care of my shipping needs. Charlene

I have used hundreds of UPS stores during my business travels over the years. This one was the absolute worst. I stopped in on September 8th around 11 AM. The elderly lady who is working the counter was completely incompetent. She took about seven minutes to check out the man in front of me who was simply sending one package, nothing special. She had no idea how to use the computer to print my documents. She offered no apology only that "I dont think its gonna work.". What? Avoid this place at all costs.

Excellent store! Ive been shipping here for the last five years or so and the staff has always been polite, professional, made suggestions on the most cost efficient and fastest options, etc. Ive never had any issues here and would definitely recommend it based on my experiences.
