Had a rough encounter with this Fed Ex. My husband placed an order for print and bind book on a Thursday and paid upfront online. I showed up Fri morning right as they were suppose to be open and their doors were locked. An employee said their power was out but it would be back up in an hour. I explained it was just a pickup and it was prepaid. She said she couldnt check because her computer was down, which is understandable. So I hung out around the area for an hour & came back and the store had most of the electricity on, when I tried to explain again, it was a pickup which was paid for. I literally just needed to be handed the document, no computer transaction required. They shrugged their shoulders. So I returned the next day on a Saturday, the power was back on and the lady handed me by boxed document (with the receipt inside) and simple as that picked up the document--no computer or power necessary. Not sure what the employees couldnt understand about picking up a prepaid item, but maybe teaching employees not to be so reliant on a computer and some common sense customer service would have been helpful, instead of 2 trips across town. Ill travel to a further location next time for better service.

I went in on a late Sunday morning (July 15, 2012), and waited only 3 minutes to be helped by Tina, who was finishing up with another customer. I needed 30 copies of a PowerPoint presentation. She inserted my flash drive, asking me pertinent questions throughout the process, and completed the job in just 10 minutes total. She was knowledgeable and tremendously helpful, fast, and friendly. She has been working for the corporation for 18 years, and I can see why she has moved up the ladder. She was wonderful! FedEx should make sure they never lose her and promote her to a high position in the firm! I have never received such super service...anywhere.

This center is understaffed during busy hours. I went 3 different nights and waited in line up to an hour before I got my business done. Also, they can not print black and white photos in 16 x 20 size. One turned out green and one turned out with streaks. They said it was because one machine was meant for color and one was meant for blueprints. They should not have told me they could do it if they couldnt and didnt have the right machine for it. On top of that they wanted to charge my $35 for green and streaky prints. UPS on Zelda or Chantilly can do it faster, cheaper, and with great quality. Go see UPS.

The manager of this Kinkos is very knowledgeable and helpful regarding store products. However, yesterday, I encountered a sales associate, Tiffany, who actually rolled her eyes when I asked questions regarding paper I needed to purchase for my business. When I questioned her about this behavior, she stated that she did not care what I did. There is no excuse for intentionally rude behavior on the part of a sales person. It is not wise for a business to have a person who displays this attitude interacting with their customers.

There was a guy sleeping on the computer. The associate told me i could not send my wedding dress back when in fact i could and she shipped it for me her name is naosha franklin. We were literally arguing because she left me standing there while helping others. Manager did nothing just told her to be quiet. She did not apologize to me for her behavior for saying she didnt want to help me. Horrible customer service. Was there over an hour and a half and only sent off one thing. I will never do business here again!

I went in this store on July 30th 2012 to get a print job done. The employees kept arguing (specifically Leon) on the price it would be it. They could not seem to get it right. When I inquired on how much it would be Leon told that I could just do it myself. Very poor service. I ended up taking my business somewhere else. I usually do alot of business for my job here but I am taking it elsewhere.

I needed to use a computer & some guy was sleeping on the only one left. The other people around said he had been there sleeping for over an hour. I told an employee I needed to use the computer & they said ok...it took over 10 minutes before they had him move & he still stayed in the store. I felt uncomfortable so I left...very disappointing!

This store has horrible customer service. The clerks barely recognize you in the store and they have the nerve to act unconcerned about your needs. I refuse to pay my hard earned money to anyone who does not appreciate my business.I recommend anyone avoid this store and find someone who appreciates their customers!!

Came here looking for a shipping box. They were all considerably overpriced compared to Lowes, Home Depot, and Uhaul, though I guess this is expected since they are shipping place. I like that its open till midnight, and its a very convenient place to stop and print, scan, or fax.

Im here now at this location and its 9:40 am the store hours are from 9 am to 9pm and there is no one here to open the store Ive been here for about an hour and no one has yet to show up for work. This is simply ridiculous and terrible for business
