Im absolutely astounded at the terrible costumer service over these past couple of months. 3 of 4 people I dealt with today have been downright rude, and treated me as though I was stupid, or some form of criminal. I was pleasant up until I had enough of the constant jabs at me and the item I was looking to sell (Which is very rare that I ever do sell anything, and the only thing wrong with it is that no one in the store seemed to know a thing about it..) from, Who I would assume to be the owner. That behavior, was completely unacceptable, and I refuse to spend more money in this establishment, (As I have done for several years,) In other words, Theyve lost my business. Unfortunately, the second individual I dealt with was a decent guy, Ive dealt with him several times before, when buying several musical instruments from there. Unfortunately, that wasnt enough to save my business. Shame too, because I had my eye on a few things there.

Owner is a jerk. Sent ME an email on Craigs List regarding my ad wanting to trade a motorcycle for an Iphone. Told me what his motorcycle was worth. ($1650) I did due diligence and researched and found the same motorcycle for over $750 LESS from other CL seller. Told me I should go buy that one then, and not to tell him what his stuff was worth. I guess we should take his word that the crap he is selling is worth what he thinks it is and not question him. (remember he contacted ME!) Then he claimed he never emailed me? "I can promise you I did not email you" is his quote. But some how I have a detailed email from him and his bike and his own telephone number MAGICALLY in my inbox. His skills might be better served at the circus where a clown can get paid to perform his magic tricks.

There are the best to go when needing a little help for tough times .. The people who work there are very nice and respectful. And I have 2 rings that need replacement diamonds and he does the work for a very great price instead of 2000 to put new in my rings he does way cheaper and very great work cant even tell where they where put in .. I would highly recommend people to come here for just about anything ..they are the best .. thank u all for such a great experience...

Dixie Pawn is by far the best shop in ETown, they pay more for gold than anyone else does. They have a large selection of guns and if they dont have it in stock they will find it, for just a fraction over cost. They also give MILITARY discounts, they dony put you down or make you feel a lesser person for coming in, I have done business for at least the last 7 years and have never felt cheated or taken advantage of while doing business with them

These guys have always been top notch to me .. Even when I got laid off they still worked out an arrangement to help me out .. Tj is great to deal with and just straight up .. Thats how its should be everywhere when dealing with people and money , no bs no smoke and mirrors , just good business thanks guys .. And now that I am back to work I look forward to doing my pickup and continuing my business with Dixie pawn .. Thank you

Greet me soon as I come in Ive bought some super nice things at prices couldnt get anywhere else and products are in top condition.And always give it to me straight to give me best loan options for anything I take in. High prices on item for guns and their tools. Must whatch doing pawn or they will try and screw you. Ive done buisness with them for about 5+yrs first 4 yrs they was great but this past year they went to the dogs. tried to make us pay charges on a pawn item that we didnt want of course it didnt work. Whatch this pawn shop.

The people are awsome. The been the only pawnshop I deal with. The willing to help but at the same time make money. Its a great mix. Most other pawnshops in town ,it feels as if the are talking down on you. Not at Dixie pawn. Awsome people/staff Merry Christmas

Great place. Willing to work with you on price like a pawn should. Nice guys and nice selection of guns. Some stuff is a bit pricey but that is just the nature of the business. There other prices are very good. Will buy from again.
