Went to this location to look at a a few pistols. When i finally made decision on two that I wanted, i asked if I could field strip it in order to see the internal condition of the pistol. The first person who was serving me allowed it. I stripped it was okay with its condition and started doing its paperwork. Another person approached me to help sell the gun when I went ahead and field stripped the second pistol. He snatched the gun from me and told me "You dont go around and strip a brand new gun". I stood there dazed and told him how would I consider buying a gun if I am unawarw of its condition. HE SAID IT WAS TABOO TO FIELD STRIP A GUN. THEN HE WENT ON YO SAY THEY WERE BRAND NEW GUNS. MEANWHILE THE FIRST Gun i stripped was used and evident when looking at the rails and the feeding ramp.. I have made 5 gun purchases in the past. From actual gun shops where each brand new gun was field stripped to my satisfaction. I left and didnt buy anything. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS MISINFORMED OF WHAT IT IS THEY ARE BUYING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING USED FROM THEM.

I bought a gun here before, cash along with a couple boxes of bullets. Recently I put a weapon on lay away at this establishment. Upon further inspection of the weapon Ive decided that I no longer want the weapon anymore. I was aware that they have a no refund, no exceptions policy. I only wanted to use the 100 dollars I put down initially as store credit. I asked if I could simply use the 100 to purchase bullets,, But the manager Mr Arthur declined my request. He then stated that I will lose my money if I choose not to purchase the weapon. Very poor customer service. The employees in the store at the time found it humorous that I was caught in this situation. Poor customer service even for return customers

I have been dealing with this pawn shop for well over 10 years. I could not ask for a better place to buy my firearms from. Knowledgeable staff. Amazing customer service, and if a mistake is made you can bet your last dollar they will make it right. In the 10 years Ive been trading with arrowhead, I have purchased guns else where and have learned a the lesson, you might save a few bucks, but the few dollars cant compare to great customer service and genuine people. Thanks Arrowhead Pawn, and thanks to all the staff. Ill be back!!!!

I find the staff to be most helpful & knowledgeable, altho also very busy as the firearm market is in a tilt. If your local shop doesnt have what you want, and it probably doesnt now, then expect to pay extra for items that are supplied by non-factory suppliers and their increased costs. Supply and demand. If you think it is not worth it, WAIT! A loong time! I found all the staff friendly and humorous. The KNOW their stuff. I have purchased there and will again. J.R.

This has to be the worst pawn shop ever. The staff arent knowledgeable on anything. The wait time to do anything is just awful. Over priced guns, rude staff. I pawned a gun there,on two different occasion. They lost my gun both times. I spent 2 hours in there without the return of my property I have reported them to The BBB. They are just nasty awful people. I wouldnt recommend anyone to shop here ever. Moss pawn across the street is better. Better staff and selection.

They were professional, They have the best bselection of guns in the metro Atlanta area and the best prices. The owner personally took the time to make sure I was taken care of. That is what I love about family owned and operated businesses. They really care about you . And all of the employees were kind and professional which tells me he is a good boss/owner . I will definitely be back when I need a gun.

RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. The guy accused me of being a wholesaler or some crap because I grabbed good games and tried to haggle. Very unprofessional, and very unreasonable to not expect people to try and haggle when you have items at retail price! If I wanted to pay retail price, I WOULD NOT GO TO A PAWN SHOP.

Great knowledgeable staff, went to buy my wife and I some firearms, my cousin is an expert in firearms and gave me tips and advice on the great brands that will fit our family needs. Staff help me out pick the right firearm, and same one my cousin mentioned. Great job guys keep up the great work.

The absolute worst place ever if you can go somewhere else they have no Idea what customer service is. They are over priced and don't want anything to pawn they just want to sell over priced crappy items..... never go there it sux... Also the rating at the bottom is from employee/ owner

i have had multiple dealing with this shop and find the staff very reasonable and well informed. good selection and good prices if you know your guns, i always shop around checking several stores and websites before buying and i cant tell you there is usually a good deal here.

I am a multi gun owner and love this place, it has more selection than a gun shop that I live near. I drive almost an hour to see Arthur and all his fine inventory. I will not make any purchases anywhere else because I am treated so well. You will enjoy this place.

Only reason i rated 5 starz was because i recently pawn studio equipment and then i got it back and the usb was missing this is beyond disappointment we do bussiness with them all the time and for you to go in someones stuff is wrong yall deserve not even 1 star

Purchased my shotgun for home protection weapon from Arrowhead Pawn. Fair price for the shotgun, considering they are very popular. I am going there on Monday to buy purchase another weapon. They have a great selection and the staff is cool.
